Restored 1870s 4BR, 2.5 bath, formal dining, in the heart of Berkeley Springs

Absolutely beautifully decorated house. Everything was curated with intention and care from the rugs/furniture all the way down to the stenciled cabinets. The beds were incredibly comfortable with lush pillows and a ceiling fans for air flow (great for hot sleepers). The backyard was a lovely retreat to sit outside and relax. Spacious bathrooms with fun claw foot tubs. 10/10 would return. An absolute gem of a stay.

We had a great time staying at the house which was meticulously decorated in every room. The property is in middle of town so walking distance to all shops, restaurants and state park. Great place to stay if your looking to experience everything the town has to offer

This property is absolutely lovely. Each room is beautifully appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and springs and restaurants. More spacious than it looks! Have passed the property information along to friends and looking forward to returning! Great communication and check ins as well.

Parking was easy and the house is extremely accessible to the heart of town and everything you want to see and do. Beyond that, the house was knock-out gorgeous and fascinating with all sorts of interesting details. The owners clearly love the property and poured that love into the care they demonstrated in selecting the decorative accents and performing renovations. We had a group of 6 adults and we were all very comfortable in the house -- everyone enjoyed their stay.

We had such an amazing stay at this Berkeley Springs getaway. From the moment we arrived it was clear how much care and thought the host puts into making his guests feel welcome. Ross was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure everything about our stay was perfect. The house itself is absolutely lovely - beautifully designed with a layout that feels both cozy and fun. Every detail from the decor to the overall vibe made it such a relaxing place to unwind. And the beds? Honestly, some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in that we even came home seriously considering mattress shopping! Even though we didn’t end up having a bonfire, it was such a nice touch that the wood was provided. We did spend plenty of time outside around the fire pit, soaking up the gorgeous spring weather and having a little picnic with drinks. It was probably one of our favorite parts of the trip. The location of this house couldn’t be more perfect! Everything in Berkeley Springs is just a short walk away, which made exploring the town so easy and enjoyable. This was a great girls weekend getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, charming getaway.

What a great place for our girls weekend! Starting with the ease of parking right in front of the house, and continuing with a responsive and friendly host, great backyard and very comfortable home!!! Ross gave us some great recommendations for restaurants, etc. which lead to an amazing brunch at Ravenwood among other adventures. Perfect location in town - easy to walk everywhere! Comfy and cozy - and we can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed home. You can tell the hosts care greatly about this house and the area. The house was immaculately clean, the linens were soft and fresh, and the furnishings were classy and well done. The hosts were attentive and communicative. If we come back to Berkeley Springs, we would be happy to stay here again!

My three sisters and I stayed at the Congress House for our youngest sister’s 60th birthday. Our host Ross was great. Professional, friendly, and kept in touch when needed. This home exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, cozy, and on point. It was obvious every aspect of this restoration and every room in this home was handled with such care and consideration from the furnishings to decorating; and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy of both the back deck and landscaped yard. We used the fire pit both nights. It was also such an easy walk to everything in town. It was simply a wonderful stay.
