Wohin ich anfangen soll! Außer den freundlichen und freundlichen Kellnern des Restaurants ist der Rest des Services und der Infrastruktur eine Katastrophe. Das Hotel hat keinen Ladeservice, d.h. man muss die Gepäckstücke, in unserem Fall hoch, bis zum Zimmer ziehen. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, aber schlecht gepflegt (siehe Fotos) und eines unserer Fenster war nicht sauber. Das Badezimmer ist klein und es gibt keinen Ort, wo nichts zu setzen. Es gibt kein Telefon, um an die Rezeption zu rufen, und es gibt keine Informationen über das WiFi oder wie man die Kiste verwenden. Dafür habe ich an die Empfangsstelle meines Mobiltelefons angerufen, wo der Empfangsmann mir informiert, dass ich einen Schlüssel benötigen muss, um den Safe zu benutzen, und dass ich dort nach ihm suchen muss, frage Sie, warum Sie mir das nicht angezeigt haben, als ich den Eincheck gemacht habe, und ich antworte, warum Sie nicht Fragen Sie es. Es ist keine Informationen, die sie anbieten sollten??? Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 25 Personen. Ess und Frühstück sind inbegriffen. Das Essen, mit einer Q-Einnahme ist unerreichbar, das Essen kommt kalt zum Tisch, das Fleisch ist hart, Soßen ohne Geschmack, etc. etc. etc. Ich hinterlässt das Schlimmste für das Ende. Betten sind Angst. Es sind die Stätten, die sich im Körper klappen. Ich habe gebeten, wenn Sie mir das Bett ändern können, das vor 2 Tagen nicht schlafen und ich mit Rückenschmerzen aufstehen und trotz der Versicherung, dass sie das tun würden. Als Sie heute wieder aus dem Spaziergang zurückkehren, sind die gleichen Betten. Die Rezeptionistin weiß nichts und ich werde bis morgen warten müssen, dass es niemand mehr gibt. Es gibt weder Aufsichtsbehörde noch ein Geschäftschef. Lassen Sie mich sagen, dass in einem Tourismuskomplex dieser Größe nur eine junge Rezeptionistin ist und die Kellner sind unglaublich. Es stimmt, dass der Naturpark schön ist und das Hotel dort mit schönen Blicken angenehm ist, aber ich fühle mich, dass sie uns lachen. Meine Empfehlung ist NOCH.
