무인텔이지만 체크인, 체크아웃 불편함 없었고 주차공간이 2~3자리가 있는데 빈자리가 있어서 렌터카도 문제없이 주차를 할 수 있었고 좁은 골목안쪽이지만 3분만 걸어 나가면 돈키호테 벳부점이 있어 가깝게 쇼핑하기도 좋았습니다."

"Schöne Selbstkontrolle im Hotel. Erhielt die Code-Check am Morgen der Eincheckung. Dieses Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, so sei bereit, Gepäck auf die Treppe zu transportieren. Wir hatten Glück, die Bodeneinheit zu bekommen. Gute Waschmaschine mit Waschmaschine, Waschkraft, Trockner im Badezimmer. Kocheinrichtungen waren gut. Sauber und Betten waren komfortabel."

Guter Ort: Der Ort ist sehr nahe an den Attraktionen, der Ladenbesitzer ist sehr freundlich
Schlechte Orte (schwierige Verbesserungsteil): Das Hotel ist relativ kalt, damals waren wir allein in der Familie. Es gab neben der Parkplatz-Position (2.) ein abgebrochenes Zimmer, es war schrecklich, am Abend. Es wird sehr langsam empfohlen, nicht zu verwenden
Wo Verbesserungen erforderlich sind: Das Zimmer hat kein Wärmewasser, der Tempel hat kein Wärmewasser, der Tempel hat uns vergessen,"

"Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön, viele Menschen umgeben von Blumenbaum 🌳, wenn Sie ausgehen, gibt es Blumensaft auf der ganzen Straße. Das Hotel ist 850 m vom Abstandsstation entfernt, überall ist die Landschaft, die Menschen nicht fühlen sich uns traurig. Ausgehen auf Urlaub, hier ist eine gute Wahl."

Room - clean and large, very new.
Service - guest experience agent in concierge is awesome! I really appreciate the service Ami provided. The restaurant recommendations/ books have been very smooth. English communication is also great! Hassin sushi (八新壽司） is a must go omakase sushi place while typpenyaki place recommended also provided excellent quality wagyu beef. We also tried western style breakfast recommended (莊園小町） Super nice too!
Onsen - very new with splendid view. Just some business visitors from south east Asia who are not familiar with onsen rules were very noisy.
Food - breakfast is quite nice - suggest trying it outside.
Location - needs to driver around 10-20 mins to the restaurants in the city but overall all ok
Free valet parking is good.
Overall excellent experience!

나나나몬Ich habe das entdeckt, als ich eine Reservierung für ein Thermalquellen-Ryokan in der Gegend von Beppu vorgenommen habe✨‼️
Der freundliche Service des Personals ist mit Abstand der beste in Japan.
Kaiseki und Frühstück waren alle köstlich
Thermalquellen-Management sowie eine gute Nachtruhe ... obwohl es nur ein Aufenthalt von einer Nacht war.
Die über die Jahre angesammelte Müdigkeit schien verschwunden zu sein.
Es gibt Mitarbeiter, die sich auf Koreanisch verständigen können.
Es war bequemer! Eine Abholung zum Bahnhof ist nach vorheriger Anfrage per E-Mail möglich.

QQiao YingI’m so glad that this hotel had a renewal earlier this year. It looks very new and clean now. It also has a fantastic location — only a 3-minute walk from Beppu Station and it is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. The huge Beppu Don Quijote is only 10 minutes away by foot. Luggage can also be stored at the cloak room for free before check-in. The onsen and sauna was very clean too! I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel.

GGastnutzerRooms are a tad bit small but standard for japanese hotels. Location is very good, a few minutes walk from Beppu station and lots of eateries closeby. I love that this hotel had a rooftop pool with amazing view of beppu (although pool very shallow). We had a nice little soak in the hotel onsen however my partner stated the onsen was a bit dirty in the male section. We unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the free flow of alcohol for 1000 yen due to time constrain but would be good for alcohol lovers! Would definitely recommend and return! Nice, clean and friendly staff!

HHiu Wai, Peggy ChauI was worried because there are many bad reviews. It turned out it wasn't that bad, though I doubt if it is worth the high price overall. The location is good, conveniently located near Kitahama bus service centre and Beppu Station. Locating the entrance is a challenge, especially when you are with luggage. The hotel staff a nice, but I can picture that if you dun speak a bit of Japanese, it might be a bit hard to communicate with the staff.
The overall environment is nice, clean room and nice private onsen bath. A curtain is appropriate in the balcony for more privacy. It is a bit dark, both inside the room and in the corridor.
Dining is nice, great food. know it's a common practice to have set time for dinner and breakfast, but as a first time visitor to Oita, the 5:30pm dinner time was too early for me. However, the 7:30pm was fully booked on my first day of visit. Breakfast started at 7:30 and it's too late for me to catch the train so I can visit Harmonyland. There could be more flexibility for dining options and time, considering the high price guests are charged.
There are many activities and I love the outdoor footbath and the free coffee and tea service at the travelers' library.
I would still recommend the hotel to visitors to Beppu.

Das japanische Restaurant mit Meerblick zum Abendessen ist sehr geräumig und das Meeresfrüchte-Sashimi und das lokale Wagyu sind köstlich. Für gute Restaurants in Beppu müssen Sie eine Reservierung vornehmen. Wenn Sie eine Reservierung vornehmen können, müssen Sie nicht im Hotel speisen. Don Quixote gegenüber dem Hotel bietet einige Produkte zu Sonderpreisen an, sodass Sie nach dem Abendessen einen Spaziergang machen können.

크크루루삥뽕빵Ich blieb während meiner Reise alleine mit meiner Mutter.
Geplant war, nach 9 Uhr einzuchecken, aber der Check-in verlief reibungslos und ohne Probleme, haha! Die Bettwäsche war weich, so dass ich gut geschlafen habe, und das große öffentliche Bad war sauber und leer, also habe ich es gut genutzt! Allerdings hatte ich ein wenig Angst, denn in den umliegenden Straßen schien es viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten zu geben!

Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system!
Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up.
Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay!
Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

MMay LanLocation is near supermarket and family mart. A few Coin parking locations near the house. First floor has 2 rooms ＜1 double bed and 1 with twin beds＞ but no space for luggages, a small washing basin at the corner of the staircase. 1 wc and 2 showers at first floor. Washing machine ＜no dryer＞ on the first floor. 1 wc on 2nd floor. Living room on 3 floor. 2nd floor has 2 rooms ＜1 with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, another with a single bed＞. 2 washing basin on 2nd floor inside the rooms. It's not possible to bring big luggage up to narrow and steep staircase.no mirror on 1st floor so nid to climb up to wash and brush teeth. We wish the living room was the 1st floor. The music from nearby is bearable. Only know how to manage the water heater on 2nd day.
Suggestion to include rubbish bins on the first and 2nd floor. Add a mirror on first floor.
