Das Personal ist freundlich und die Einrichtungen sind sehr schön. Der Weg nach oben ist schwierig, aber den Spaziergang wert.

Ich bin mit dem Frühstück und dem Kaiseki in Oncheon-dong zufrieden und kann es nur empfehlen.

The food is incredibly tasty, the service is excellent, and the rooms are spotless. There are various private hot springs available for guests. Overall, it’s a great experience.

Nice place to stay

The hotel is situated 15 minutes taxi ride from the Beppu station. So we have nowhere to go that night. But it's good enough to have hotspring and drinks in the hotel. The staff is very polite and can explain what you can do in English. Then you were lead to the room and tips rejected. We booked the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The dinner time is either 6pm or 6:30pm and the breakfast time 8am or 8:30. The dinner is good but maybe my expectation is quite high, it didn't reach my expectation, especially for the sashimi. For the onsen, there are 4 private onsens and 2 public. One of the private onsens is closed. Therefore we can use 3. You can use the private onsen when it is not occupied. Just lock the door and turn the plate to the other side. But all the onsen are closed by 12 midnight. And there is a room with free flow beer and soda, but it closes at 10pm. Don't drink beer before taking hotspring. There is also an onsen in our room which can be used anytime. It's hot at night but not so hot in the next morning. Overall, the view is good. The staff is good. The food is good (just not so great) and the onsens are good. Beppu is a good place to stay a few days more

There is a free snacks & drinks bar for guest, thats is very thoughtful. The hotel is good for taking photos.

It was a very nice trip. The staff were very good with good service. And the food quantity was big, donno why some comment said they were not full. 😝 I have a very good memory there. Just one thing if there are more individual hot spring room will be perfect ^^ Definitely will go again

다양한 온천탕을 경험 할 수 있어서 좋았고 무한리필이 가능한 생맥주가 특히나 맛있었어요. 무한리필은 열 시까지만 가능하고 온천은 밤 열두시까지만 할 수 있어요 사람들이 많을 때 이용 할 수 없으니 눈치게임을 잘 해야 합니다

非常棒的酒店，服務非常好，房間的床超預期的大，設施都非常新。定了含兩餐的房間兩餐都很精緻，非常日式。公湯和私湯都非常好。房間可以看到海。還有lounge酒水暢飲！行李箱旅館工作人員都會幫忙送進房間和送出房間，總之非常非常棒！

很好，可以二刷的酒店。訂的一泊二食。拎箱子建議🚖，1550左右不然斜坡夠夠的。服務很好，酒店很乾凈。性價比👍

環境/服務/食物都好好, 最喜愛有家庭溫泉和free drink Bar

是個有歷史的，有湯文化的酒店，酒店在山上，不通公共交通，從車站打車100塊人民幣左右，叫車方便，酒店有三個私湯，門外有圓牌子，看到空可以進，進去翻有人，大部分房間帶私湯，而且非常好，最好預訂帶私湯的房間，房間就太普通了，不如富士山一帶的精緻，衞生也一般般，桌子上都是灰，晚飯是日式料理，漂亮好吃，食材新鮮，十一漲價很多，平日3000左右的價格還是挺好的

酒店的位置雖然離別府站有一點距離，但是在山上，比較安靜，空氣非常的好。裏面有四個各有特色的私湯，因為酒店規模不大，所以基本上不會出現人滿為患的情況，去了不用預約也可以泡。旅館的服務人員態度非常好，幫我們箱子拎上拎下，弄得我們都不好意思了，晚餐早餐每一道菜都會介紹，菜量也很大，吃的非常豐盛。唯一不好的就是我們定的是和室，門窗都是透光的，對於有光就睡不着的人來説不是很友好。

交通不是很便利，適合自駕，如果沒有車坐公交也可以到山腳下，15分鐘左右可以走到。環境幽靜，温泉一共有五個池子可以體驗，但由於春節的關係，黃金時段基本上都是客滿的，服務細緻周到。晚餐的和牛料理非常美味，私湯和公共浴池都很乾凈。雖然早餐口味偏日式，但整體入住體驗很棒，如果想來體驗一泊二食可以來體驗一下這家店。
