Das Personal ist freundlich und die Einrichtungen sind sehr schön. Der Weg nach oben ist schwierig, aber den Spaziergang wert.

Ich bin mit dem Frühstück und dem Kaiseki in Oncheon-dong zufrieden und kann es nur empfehlen.

The hotel is situated 15 minutes taxi ride from the Beppu station. So we have nowhere to go that night. But it's good enough to have hotspring and drinks in the hotel. The staff is very polite and can explain what you can do in English. Then you were lead to the room and tips rejected. We booked the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The dinner time is either 6pm or 6:30pm and the breakfast time 8am or 8:30. The dinner is good but maybe my expectation is quite high, it didn't reach my expectation, especially for the sashimi. For the onsen, there are 4 private onsens and 2 public. One of the private onsens is closed. Therefore we can use 3. You can use the private onsen when it is not occupied. Just lock the door and turn the plate to the other side. But all the onsen are closed by 12 midnight. And there is a room with free flow beer and soda, but it closes at 10pm. Don't drink beer before taking hotspring. There is also an onsen in our room which can be used anytime. It's hot at night but not so hot in the next morning. Overall, the view is good. The staff is good. The food is good (just not so great) and the onsens are good. Beppu is a good place to stay a few days more

There is a free snacks & drinks bar for guest, thats is very thoughtful. The hotel is good for taking photos.

It was a very nice trip. The staff were very good with good service. And the food quantity was big, donno why some comment said they were not full. 😝 I have a very good memory there. Just one thing if there are more individual hot spring room will be perfect ^^ Definitely will go again

房間挺大的，除了枕頭有點硬😂別府打車過去1350日元，下車就有人來接，非常熱情的店員，酒店有新樓月之想跟老樓丘之想，我住的這個是老樓，行李去的時候店員給搬上去的，退房時，最後一個樓梯也是店員搬下來的，客氣的讓人真是不好意思！晚餐每道菜都會來介紹，和牛非常好吃，早餐不是很對胃口😁！湯的話有四個私湯跟兩個公共浴池，男女分開的！如果不想住jr站附近，可以考慮來住這家！

在山上環境不錯，到別府站出租也就1450日幣。服務很好，早餐晚餐食材好很美味，酒店温泉也不錯

酒店是日式的管理，服務非常好，工作人員都很熱情，安排得非常貼心。接送都很到位，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的湯池有很多個，都很有特色，很舒適。早晚和晚餐用材做工精緻，非常可口。服務人員有會説中文的服務員，非常喜歡。即便不會説中文的日本服務人員也用手機翻譯介紹菜品，很感動。酒店還提供各式浴衣可以取用，體驗感非常棒。

位置處於半山坡，需要打車到達，酒店屬於小而精緻的，雖然沒有電梯，但是工作人員會幫忙拿行李，因為如此人不多，住起來感覺很清凈，泡湯設有四個私湯，不會很擁擠，連住兩晚第二天酒店的餐食會變化，性價比很高，推薦。

我哋兩個自架遊，地方算易搵，環境佢係醫生而起，私隱度十足。唯獨是要行樓梯，如果有老人家同行未必係最方便，但係我哋兩個大人就冇問題。職員會幫我哋攞行李上去房，及離開嘅時候佢哋會幫手攞行李，所以安排10分好。溫泉水亦較熱。雖然房間沒有浴室，但係佢有四個風裏，人客可以自己入去浸浴。

環境寧靜、景色宜人、面對別府灣海景令人心曠神怡、職員態度親切誠懇、食物非常豐盛、好味、酒店清潔整齊、浸完溫泉後、有lounge免費提供飲品有果汁、綠茶、清酒、咖啡源源不絕、非常不錯！性價比高!

位置在半山上，自駕較方便。車剛到酒店，就員有工出來協助搬行李上樓和放入房間。訂了兩間房，三人房房內有兩個臥室，一間是西式床，一間是榻榻米。雙人房有兩張大床，廳寬敞，窗外遠景可以望到海。房內有廁冇浴室，因隔鄰房間便是家庭溫泉，冇人用便可使用。酒店另有公眾大池和三個池(家庭、男、女)，客人很快可以輪到。日式餐飲還不錯，最佳是休息室有免費啤酒、飲料和小食。

房間不錯比較寬敞，免費的酒吧很贊，温泉較小，餐食馬馬虎虎沒有驚喜。

近幾年住的温泉酒店中品質相當高的一家。我喜歡傳統日式庭院式酒店，這家酒店在山上，應該是那片區域最高的一家酒店了，房間內可以遠眺海灣，如果早起的話，可以觀日出。房間裡帶了一個泡澡池，不想去公共浴室的話，在房間裏泡也很舒服。還有4個私湯，和家人一起泡會很浪漫。餐食安排也很講究，都是包房，而且晚餐和早餐會安排在同一個房間，細節把握得很好。還有一個酒廊，酒精飲料、非酒精飲料全部免費，泡完澡睡覺前喝一杯威士忌非常贊。非常推薦！
