I have stayed here twice now, and enjoyed it both times. The staff is helpful and very pleasant. Recently, Gabrielle went the extra mile for me when I encountered ice at the hotel entrance. I don't live where it snows and was slipping on the ice. She helped me to my car and treated me with such kindness I was able to proceed to the airport in a timely manner. People like this should be recognized. Thank you Gabrielle!

This hotel was top notch clean and comfortable, i've had hit and miss stays with Best Western, but this one compared to the better properties i've stayed at before. ABSOLUTELY no complaints and I would gladly stay here again, fair price for the room also!

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum eines Modells zur Zeit. Mein Zimmer war umgerüstet und war sauber und komfortabel. Personal ist sehr hilfreich und untergebracht. Liebe die Option, mein Auto zu verlassen und mit ihrem Shuttleservice zum und vom Flughafen zu benutzen. Die Gebühr dafür ist sehr vernünftig. Ich gehe immer an den Ort, wenn ich einen frühen Morgenflug vom Flughafen XNA habe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Zimmer war riesig. Ich habe jedoch eine niedrigere Rating gegeben, weil wir ein Zimmer auf der Exekutiv-Ebene reserviert und speziell für dieses Niveau bezahlt. Die Beschreibung der speziellen Suite heißt: „Diese Suite bietet Zugang zum Executive Lounge mit komplimentären kontinentalen Frühstück, Snacks und Getränken und Manager’s Rezeption.“ Es heißt auch: „Der Turndown Service wird nachts angeboten. „ Wir gingen um 6 Uhr zum Exekutivlounge und die Tür war geschlossen. Ich ging zum Vorderbüro und wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer für 3 Jahre geschlossen war. Als ich mich um die Ausstattung des Executive Lounge gefragt hatte, wurde mir 6 Trinkkarten (1/night für 2 Nächte für 3 Personen) und kostenloses Frühstück im Restaurant gegeben. Wir gingen zur Bar, um die Trinkkarten zu benutzen, aber es gab keine Snacks, keine Getränke und nur 1 kostenloses Hauswein oder Bier/Person. Das ist absolut nicht die gleiche wie eine Executive Lounge! Zusätzlich gab es keinen turndown-Service, wie angekündigt! Wenn wir das wussten, hätten wir sicherlich keinen höheren Preis für ein Zimmer auf Exekutivniveau gezahlt! Das ist die Definition der falschen Werbung!

Das Hotel war gut - definitiv renoviert, also ignorieren Sie einige der älteren Bilder. Das Trainingszimmer ist groß. Zimmer wurden aktualisiert - komfortable Bett, sauber, etc. Das Badezimmer ist nicht vollständig renoviert, aber sie waren gut. Wir kamen mit einem Fußballteam - aber es gab auch mehrere Blöcke da, so haben wir ein komplimentäres Frühstück. Personal war freundlich. Wir wollten, dass der Bistro am Samstag nach 10 Uhr geöffnet ist. Nahe der Stadt - wirklich keine Probleme überhaupt. Das einzige, was war die Seife Bar (für Bad) auf der Hintergrund, so dass wir keine hatten. Arbeiten mit dem Event-Verkauf war GREAT

The reservation process on the Marriott Bon Voy website, the general location, the rate, the parking and the desk staff were all good. The room was clean, spacious and quiet, with good lighting, electrical outlets, mirrors and seating options. The bathroom area was spacious, and the exhaust fan worked well. The air quality was good, and the window opened, though the HVAC filters were slightly dirty. The breakfast was excellent. The grounds were clean, and I did not notice any construction going on. As others have said, it was a challenge to get into the driveway because of the median, and we had to double back to make a right turn into the driveway. Construction on the Waffle House next door appears to be finished, however that restaurant had not yet opened when we were there in mid-July. I plan to stay at this Springhill Suites Bentonville again.

Machen Sie sich einen Gefallen und bleiben Sie bei diesem Hilton beim nächsten Mal in NW Arkansas! Rein und ruhiges Hotel, große Lage für den XNA Flughafen. Mitch war auf dem Frontdesk, als wir ankamen. Er half uns mit Richtungen zu Crystal Bridges. Das ganze Team war einfach wunderbar. Tragen in den Speisesaal, Morgan, Annie und vor allem Reeanna machte mich für beide Nachten zu Hause und unter Freunden fühlen. Als ich am Dienstagmorgen zum Flughafen ging, fuhr Scott den Shuttle und beantwortete mehr von meinen Fragen über das schöne Landschaft. Ich werde definitiv nach NW AR zurückkehren und wenn ich das tue, werde ich in diesem Hilton Garden Inn bleiben. Fünf Sterne!

Das Hotel insgesamt ist gut, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Art ist reichhaltig und ist noch fertig. Sehr empfehlenswert, das Zimmer hat keinen Geschmack, die Dekoration ist einfache Mode, es ist mein Lieblings-Hotelwind.
