Erstaunliche Hotel-Eigentum, sehr detailliert, Fast alle Eigenschaften in meinem Zimmer sind erstaunlich, Es ist ein Weihnachtsbaum in meinem Zimmer, freie Wein, hochwertige Betten, moderne Möbel, Weinglas, Schnittstellen sind alle von hoher Qualität, Auch Badezimmer Eigenschaften aus der weißen Firma. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfreich, als mein Sohn krank war, das Hotelpersonal half, einen Arzt zu finden, begleitet uns zum Arzt, für das geschätzt. Die Lage ist perfekt in der Innenstadt, Nächste Tür zum Mall und Themenpark. Zimmerreinigung: perfekt. Frühstück : kein Frühstücksbuffet. Lebensmittel sind nicht verändert, wenig Protein. Absolut werde ich wieder da bleiben, wenn ich wieder komme 🫶🏻

This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.

Overall is good. One thing can be improved is the Deposit process, it's a bit troublesome why they collected Rm200 deposit on the spot but didn't return on the spot when returning. Have to wait for few day .... so, i haven't got my refund as yet.

The checkin and checkout process was well structured and fast. The 2 bedroom apartment that I stayed was clean and comfortable. Owner/management had all cooking utensils and hotpot ready for steamboat. I was on the 23rd floor hence view was superb. I will come back again as it is the best alternative location other than genting accomodations itself during peak season as you can avoid the jam and hustle staying in mid mountain location.

1st time staying in Ion d'Lement, nice unit with 3 rooms and lovely price on Thursday night. Spacious apartment, TV with limited channels, wifi, clear procedure to check-in and out. Mineral water provided, comfy bed, warm indoor swimming pool, pool towels provided, food & restaurant available at the same floor. Colder weather than Gohtong Jaya. Will return.. and check out the evening and morning from the unit!
