Royal Pines was amazing! Free parking on-site, top notch customer service and there are swimming pools to relax in. We saw there was a gym, playground with a large bouncing mat for the kids and a water park next to the large hot tub. They offered is a discount for their buffet breakfast (discounted from $29 to $30pp).
We stayed in the spa suite and our room had the most amazing views - this is a photo from the bathroom window. Maybe the windows need a bit of cleaning but apart from that we would not change a thing!
Love how all the important information is explained clearly on the TV in the room. The room was massive with a safe, closet for hanging clothes, bar fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, couch, desk and an extra seating area near the foot of the bed. Our spa was very nice and blew some strong bubbles - remember to bring your shower gel/bubble bath.
We have previously tried their restaurants, Videre (high tea) gives you a fabulous view of the landscape! The Japanese restaurant provides impeccable customer service and delicious carefully made dishes - loved everything we ordered.

Das Servicepersonal ist nett, sie führen die Anlage und Zimmer-Induktion so sorgfältig und das Zimmer ist so sauber und hell, es ist ein guter Ort für Sport und Begeisterte, die Golf, Fitness, Schwimmbad, Fußballfeld, Tennis neben dem Hotel, aber die Umgebung hat nicht zu viele Restaurants zu wählen

Das eigentliche Problem ist das Hotel ist ein bisschen überholt und bietet nicht die Dinge, die Sie in einem 4 Start Hotel wie Slips und Körperlotion erwarten werden .. das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe ... im Grunde ist es nur ein Motel mit einigen Einrichtungen

The room was super iper dirty but the staff in reception super kindly. They change my sheets because has a lot of hair.
Hair everywhere, from head and from beard..
the room doesn’t have heating, in the night could be cold.
For the staff is right the level of clean because is a cheap hotel…

Its a very old hotel, room was quite clean inside however in much need of a renovation as so much was old, slightly broken and outdated. The outside area (bbq and pool) was incredibly dirty and neglected. Tiles all cracked inside the “small pool” which im sure was supposed to be a spa that doesnt work and everything was mouldy and unkept.
The location is good if you want to be near caville ave.
Paying and extra $15 per night for parking isnt reasonable on top of the booking cost. This is maybe a 3 out of 10
Kids liked the water slide which was the only redeeming quality.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and checked me in early from my morning flight. They are also arranged a cab for my early 6am flight out. The room was spacious but felt like a lived in apartment. The gym was functional and the basketball court was fun but covered in sand. The hotel location was close enough to the beach madness without feeling like you were always in the holiday mess of tourists shops and stuff.
