Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The food was lovely, plenty of choice for half board. Hotel was immaculate, clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in rooms 605, 627 and 628. Our maid was so pleasant and friendly , lovely lady, room cleaned everyday, clean bedding and plenty of clean towels. A family on our floor had trouble with one another but security and police soon sorted them without too much fuss. Would highly recommend. Hopefully will be bk next Yr. X

This as to be one of the best 3* hotels on the island, the staff are amazing, the food is brilliant, so much choice for every meal, the rooms are a little on the small side, but you don't live in your room. The outside pool area is great, this hotel as a relaxing, peaceful vibe, i have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. For me, there is nothing that i don't like about this hotel.

This is the fifth time we have been to this hotel we love the food, the staff, the location & the hotel is very clean the only downside is the bathroom door but this does not bother us too much as everything else is spot on. The staff cant do enough for you they truly look after you

Stayed for three nights this week with my mum and we each had a separate single room, both next door to the lift on our respective floors. The hotel was very clean, the room comfortable with ample space and all of the staff were really welcoming and friendly. We stayed half board and had no problem finding something to eat each breakfast and dinner. We had a drink in the bar after dinner each night which was really chilled and the entertainment was sufficient. The only thing really that lets the hotel down is the fact that it's on a very noisy street. Both of our rooms were overlooking Jokers nightclub and the other numerous bars with loud music playing in to the night and until maybe 3am or later, which would be absolutely fine if the doors leading out to the patio blocked out the sound. I found myself having to have the air conditioning on overnight when I didn't really need it on purely just to try and drown out a bit of the sound outside which worked marginally. There were constantly coaches pulling up overnight, engines running, people shouting and yelling up and down the street at all hours. I completely understand people are on holiday and drinking and having a good time but I really think the hotel needs to invest in some better doors on that side of the building as it was so difficult to get any sleep. We were only there for 3 nights I just don't know how I would have coped being there for a week or more like most people were. It's a shame as it does let the hotel down somewhat.
