Excellent, no nonsense base. Close to all amenities. Staff super friendly. Rooms basic but clean. All you need. Would go again. Weather not too bad either and so much cheaper to eat out and drink compared to rip off cornwall where I live. Excellent for money

Paid 200 euros for deposit against damages got to room 3 doors damaged door lock hanging off fridge freezer damaged on outside reported to reception there reply was most rooms are like that thereby no refund on deposit 2 weeks later .will definitely not re visit

Rude reception staff. Dirty rooms. The tv was broken before we got into the room but we still got the blame for it which made me lose the deposit. Reading previous reviews this has happened to other people before. When we challenged as to why we were getting charged for the tv that was already broken the man at reception whose name is Pepe verbally abused us and threatened us. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Do not book. Full of young people who do not sleep. The noise is terrible !! Never again. Worst place ever . It’s 2 30 am and still very noisy. Cheap and cheerful. Place needs a gd clean !!! Rotten . Pay the extra and book hotel. It’s all up hill too. I’ve stayed lots of places in Benidorm but this place is the worst. 5 people in the pool and it’s full 😂

Hotel in good location, basic but clean. Very pleasant man on reception, happy to help if you needed anything. Pool was good, had the pool to ourselves most of the time. a little noisy at night time but nothing too bad. great value for money, would stay again.

I've stayed here a few times now, and I was a bit surprised by some of the reviews. I've always found it perfect for my needs, it's an ideal base, close to the strip and the beach. Yes, there is a hill to walk up but if you are generally fit and healthy, it shouldn't prove to be a problem for you, the apartments are sparsely furnished but are always clean and you have everything you need to knock together a breakfast or a light meal. The staff are pleasant and helpful, and will provide you with fresh loo rolls, towels etc if you ask them. My deposit has always been back into my account by the time I've arrived back home. But then I've always cleaned the apartment before checking out and kept my noise down to a minimum. A couple of things though, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, so if your Mrs is a screamer you might want to bury her head in a pillow or something, also, the cups provided are tiny, so if you like a decent brew in the morning, I’d take your own mugs. If you turn right as you come out of the apartments, then take your second right, there's a cheap Spanish supermarket, some of the cold meats they sell are really nice and you can get big bottles of water there for 25c, as opposed to spending 1 Euro for them at the supermarkets in the town, There's some decent friendly bars around the area as well, if you just fancy a quiet one.
