Sandos Suites….. It’s classy but not silver service. Let me explain. This hotel is converted and offers a beautiful experience from recreation to room. The staff are polite attentive and above all they’re happy to be at the hotel and superb with guests. Jeni on the bar holds a significant smile, welcoming, friendly and just makes you feel like you matter. (Don’t need it but I felt it) The reception team are outstanding. The cleaning team are efficient, constant and just so fantastic making this hotel immaculate. Downsides….. None…. It’s impeccable for a 4* all inclusive it meets expectations. The restaurant team greet you with smiles, chef’s on show proudly presenting their food and the restaurant is immaculately clean. The food on offer is reasonable. Spanish 4* all inclusive delivers a quality and options to suit all. Not flamboyant but absolutely on target for the hotel, resort and price. It’s at the back end of town which for some is a blessing for others maybe a drawback. However you’re only 5 minutes from the square, 10 minutes from the indoor market and 6 minutes from the beach. (I walk quickly) Entertainment. Spot on. Snack bar is decent but does lack employee engagement. I appreciate how busy it must be and only one person but the attitude towards guests is poor. (Indian/pakistani gentleman) just didn’t care or show any interest in us whatsoever me male 39 daughter 14. I spoke in Spanish (nothing) spoke in English (nothing6 thanked him natively and I got a shocked face. Bar staff are absolutely incredible. The hotel is spot on for couples, families, small groups who want close to town without all the boom boom boom. All in all. Brilliant stay. Would gladly return

Fabulous, four night, liver destroying long weekend. There were 8 of us (4 couples). You cannot fault the large selection of food - from salads, stews, vegetables and tender meats. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pigeons are nowhere near as bad as previous reviews suggest. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is absolutely nothing I can complain about. All of us would highly recommend this hotel and it is head and shoulders above last year's hotel which, if you read reviews, should have been on a par with each other. We will definitely come back! Room was tired and rundown. Bathroom was falling to bits, air con unit was dirty and we have both come home ill. One of the bedsheets had 4 stains on it we complained to reception they said they would fix all when we went out of the day! They did nothing this is not a 4 star! The food is the worst I have experienced at an all inclusive. There are lots of good reviews here also which can only be due to lower expectations. I would strongly recommend you do not choose this hotel you will be disappointed.

Just been on holiday and I enjoyed it. Very clean rooms and it’s a very nice hotel. It’s got a big pool a spa and it has it’s very own Indian restaurant on the ground floor. I went on an all inclusive and the food and drinks were very good. You can upgrade to a premium all inclusive and that gives you branded drinks private areas and access to the spa because on a standard all inclusive you have to pay extra. I paid for a meal in the Indian restaurant and it’s a set menu and it’s €17 per person. The food was terrible one of the worst Indian I’ve ever eaten the restaurant is very nice and the staff very nice but you can’t pick what you want it’s a set starter a choice of a few mains and so sort of cake for afters. I would stop at this hotel again but if you want to be next to all the bars it’s a good 15 minute walk.please see pictures attached. It also has a gym with is free with nightly entertainment

Beautiful hotel with an amazing choice of food, with staff that work so hard to make your stay memorable. Just a short walk to bars and restaurants and beach if wanted. In a lovely quiet area. Bedrooms were spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. The memory foam pillows were that good we have ordered some for home. The Indian complimentary restaurant was a lovely touch and food was lovely. Ignore the other reviews. Also the complimentary bottle of champagne was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downside was us brits running for beds around the pool in the morning lol but not the hotel’s fault.

We are just home from a week here at the sandos. We had a brilliant time this is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff very clean. They have brilliant food the cook in the snack bar is a lovely fella his chicken kebabs were gorgeous u could get hotdogs burgers chicken nuggets chips salad and toasted sandwiches. U could get ice cream ice pops crisps and nuts as part of AL. Breakfast lunch and dinner there was always something for every one loads of deserts too. The Indian restaurant was amazing as well again staff couldn’t do enough for you. Alcohol was local but really nice cocktail made to order Henry and Israel were brilliant. Night entertainment was ok. Day entertainment brilliant the girls and fellas kept kids and adults all busy in the pool. Pool is a good size. Beach is just straight down the road 10minurte walk.
