Hotel & Spa Dynastic

It's obvious this hotel gets varied reviews, I can only say some people's perception of what they're paying and what their expectations are not balanced. This hotel offers great value in a super location. The food and drinks we experienced were better than we had expected, we had planned to eat out for our evening meals but decided the food in the hotel was of such a good standard there was no need to pay for a meal out. Freshly cooked breakfasts, themed evening meals and decent wine. The rooms are a good size and super clean. Shower and bathroom facilities were well up to standard and immaculate. The TV channels were also varied and offered a good selection of UK choices too. The staff were polite, keen to help and always smiling. We would return again if visiting the area.

Okay let’s start from arrival and work to departure Checking in nice and easy cars didn’t work on lift ( need card to call lift ) had get a new card done got to room decent enough was cleanISH turned shower on shower head was begging for mercy broken once water comes through it’s full brown liquid for few seconds then clears up beds there was 2 single pushed together one side legs bent so any movement as all flooring is marble flooring bet kept sliding no quilt covers was a thin throw unsure if Spanish thing ? But hey ho Cleaners u put do not disturb they still knock ur door and walk in I went to go out one day I locked patio door ( little sliding thing on side ) cleaners been in even said do not disturb and cleaned and left patio unlocked :@ on every occasion so my advice lock all valuables away as u should do anyway food well not that good tbh undercooked and tasteless I went all inclusive eaten there a handful of times deffo don’t recommend food there that’s a promise if want a massage u got to book fair enough fully booked until end of year moving on to finding out when transfers are if u booked with beniconnect or abas they get a email a day or so before and advertise it for all to see in reception not ideal shows ur full name ( with abas ) booking details and which flight time date and even location again bit of a GDPR data breach IMO Checking out was easy said want to check out got offered use off the luggage room ( locked cupboard ) put cases in there awaited transfer out of 5 id say 2 out of 5 no sign of bed bugs I’d book again if was last resort but wouldn’t be my first choice rather sleep in a tent beds wasn’t comfy either !! I hope dynastic take this on board and sort things out for future bookings I seen 3 stars better than this 5 stars

Hi great hotel very good staff indeed rooms were nice second time here we got a few gifts due to this and wife’s b day nice surprise entertainment was a bit flat however the food made up for it Marlene was a great host different theme nights we went all inc and was well worth it pool wasn’t very pleasant quit cold great location four night 420 with flights it’s a deal

Place was ok went all inclusive for 7 nights with Wife. Most days the meat appeared to have high amounts of salt in unpleasant to eat so had to avoid. Few times Wife noticed bacon only cooked on one side and Wife felt ill from eating. Good choices of desserts flickering lights in the dining hall not fixed during stay bad for anyone with epilepsy. Had to book to use indoor pool and could only use once during stay other places can use anytime and Wife unhappy with changing room safety. Cocktails sex on the beach and pina colada ok and good Spanish beer on tap. Entertainment felt very limited for adults and room cleaners did not wipe down sides. Recommend if you do book to adjust your package and eat out plenty cheap places to eat down the road. Ok hotel stayed in worse places but would not return again.

After reading these reviews I was not expecting a great experience, but was I wrong. We had a brilliant time at the dynastic hotel. The staff were friendly, rooms cleaned daily, beds comfortable. We went all inclusive,the drinks were good, the food was lovely, lots to choose from. The cakes were amazing, especially on Halloween, they went all out, above & beyond, no expense spared. The people at the hotel were friendly. Our age range was from 43 to 69. The only thing is, the sun goes behind the tall buildings around 2pm so it gets shaded by the pool area. We were in disabled access rooms which had plenty of room for a wheelchair. There are lifts & ramps in the hotel. All in all a great experience & would definitely go back here.

This hotel is in a good location and the beach is just a short walk away. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected greater attention to detail as some aspects of the room weren’t up to scratch, w.g. Some furniture had damage or needed attention. The balcony door would not lock. As we were on the 4th floor, it was not such a security risk but did make me nervous as we had a child with us. That said, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were, on the whole, very friendly. We came with a 9 year old and he joined in some of the activities during our stay which were good fun. We only paid for breakfast (rather than all inclusive) and I’m so glad as the food was not good. It was edible but none of the hot food was ever served more than warm and some items (e.g. churros) were rock hard. The room was a decent size but we had a VERY squeaky bathroom door. We asked for it to be oiled twice but it was never done. This meant the whole room woke up anytime somebody needed the toilet at night. The room also has a large frosted window from the bathroom to the bedroom. This serves no purpose and, again, resulted in everyone being woken anytime the bathroom was used at night. Finally, it rained while we were there so we didn’t use the outdoor pool. We made use of the indoor pool but was shocked at how expensive this was (as we weren’t all inclusive) at 15 euros per adult and 7.50 euros per child. It was nice to be able to swim but the indoor pool is organised into lanes so is not really set up to just splash around with children in. Within the price, you can access a jacuzzi area, steam and gym. However, children are not allowed in these and they close at peculiar times (e.g. steam closed at 2.00pm). Overall, there are worse places to stay but it wasn’t terrible.
