Magic Natura Resort

Fantastic holiday went with family all 11 of us, staff were friendly and always there to help. The place is mega clean, the zoo we loved it also the pool Fantastic views. the food was great and lots of variety,the lodges were really clean but the downside was the walls were mega thin and you could hear everything. Definitely will come again

Overall we had a really good time here. We went premium and had 2 lodges in the Bali section with private hot tubs. The lodges were nice with little areas that needed some tlc - the showers were quite limescaley/rusty, the shelf in the bathroom was slanted and had a little block of wood under to keep it up. The rooms ventilation was also really poor leading to A LOT of condensation, even to the point where all the paper in our room was wet and curling up etc. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. There were mini fridges, a kettle, microwave and Nespresso machine which were useful (the Nespresso machine was a bit temperamental when it would work or not). We requested a bed guard for our son as he is 4 and tends to fall out of the bed without one. There were plenty of wardrobes and drawers for clothes storage for 4 people too. One of the doors to the lodges didn't close by itself and this was left open a couple of times by housekeeping which could've led to personal belongings going missing but as far as we are aware this didn't happen. We also had a wet towel and swimming costume that was drying in the bathroom chucked into a suitcase making the rest of the contents wet too. Not sure why housekeeping done this. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the lodges for us as the pools were freezing we spent most of our time in the hot tub when not out and about. The food in the restaurants was mostly good. We always found something to eat every day we went. It did get very repetitive towards the end of the week though. The food in the Italian was ok, the pasta was fresh but the portions weren't huge. The dessert selection in the Italian was not as good as the desserts in the buffet. The paella upstairs was very good, we enjoyed that. The starters for the upstairs restaurant was all the same food as the buffet food downstairs too. As we were premium guests we had access to the smaller buffet restaurant which was very nice, as the standard restaurant was very cramped, busy and loud. We did however notice there was a bit more food in the standard restaurant. We ordered pizza delivery once and this was fine except it was cold and late so I think we were the last to receive the delivery. It was edible but we didn't bother ordering again. There were plenty of pools around the resort for smaller kids and older kids/adults, as we went in April the weather wasn't the warmest and the water was quite cold but we did get in a couple of times. There were activities all through out the days spread out across the resort at the main bar and the larger pool area. There is a game section with a pool table and other arcade machines. There is a ping pong table by the larger pool too. Several bars scattered around in all areas by the pools too. There is a games console area too which you need to book a time slot to gain access. Worse holiday ever! food was terrible even my 5 year old granddaughter wasn't happy, we all lived on crisps, never been so hungry on an all inclusive holiday, out of all the staff there were only two that were pleasant, rat living under our Lodge and the zoo was depressing I would never go back to this place

Avoid do not come here waste of money and staff are so rude unless your Spanish rooms awful run down 7 days no bedding changed awful place

We had a wonderful time at this fab resort. Starting at the beginning, checking in can take a bit of time but you're well looked after with drinks and shaded areas to sit. Then you can store your luggage if your room isn't ready and head off and use the facilities and your wristbands. I'd recommend UAI as it was excellent value, with lots of thoughtful extras. The pools are great and very clean. We had a Bali lodge which was in a great location and kept beautifully clean- the ladies who cleaned the Bali area were so hard working and really friendly. Food was good, there was a lot of choice (2 in our party are vegetarian and still had plenty to eat). There were some beautiful salads and desserts. There's an excellent choice of drinks at the bars, and the bartenders weren't shy with the measures! The free bus is great, we used it loads. The zoo is amazing - our favourites were the tigers and elephants. Watching the elephants from the pool was unforgettable. The waterpark is awesome and we loved Charlie the sealion. I wouldn't say there's a huge amount to do for teens (ours 15 & 16 enjoyed the pool table) but littler kids would have a blast. The only issue we had was with the hoppy scooters- I'd recommend avoiding as they're still trying to take money from my bank. But this isn't anything to do with the resort, and the staff were really helpful in trying to find a solution. All of the staff - bar staff, catering team, reception staff, cleaners, maintenance worked so hard and I want to say a big thank you to all of them. We had a brilliant time and would totally recommend this place.

OMG the worst place I have ever been be prepared for a hiking trip and the buggys are never available. Lack of information given by reception and said I only been here 6 months waited over 30 mins for a buggy to take us to our room. Decking was all broken with nails sticking out another hike to reception no phones near by then be aware even If you have a premium room the still charge 45 euro to use the safe in your room ridiculous. Hot tub broken and ni lights still didnt get repaired. Leaking air conditioning system with a health and safety issue. And if you are premium the Spanish staff don't alway take this on board and serve anyone with or without a premium band. They charge for everything even towels at 10 euro each and 3 euro if you lose you drink glass 6 euro for hygenie kit to use spa ***. I have never counted the days to go home and will not be returning this place is run down and and there is no money going ba k into the resort everything is bare minimum. Nothing spe ial I would rate 2 stars not 4. I totally feel like I have been robbed. food average nothing special. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE.
