Some tips for food and drinks aswel. My personal favourite for breakfast is Costa games 2 on bar on C. de Amsterdam, tartan bar is a 10 min walk for good Scottish breakfast, plenty of good choices for grills such as sizzler accross the road or country ribs located next to uncle peds. If your looking for home comforts food wise I'd suggest the Yorkshire pride brilliant food and portions, Sunday dinner and the Gammon out of this world, all you can eat Indian and Chinese just up the road to plus in the paddock cocktails are €3.50 all day every day. Plenty of cheap places to eat and drink aswel around hotel. Also the tropical, sinatras and rock and roll put on shows right by hotel

I'd never usually write a review on trip advisor, infact I'm one of those who totally ignore bad reviews and wait and see for myself and make up my own mind. BUT I feel I need to on this one. Partner and I checked in for 5 nights for a well deserved child free Break for my 40th. Checked in late Friday night. Staff are kind and welcoming and check in was smooth. (The charge £100 per room deposit) We was on the 16th floor. Apartments are spacious and that's about the only plus side. The rooms are so dated and falling to bits. The beds are uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin..not good at 5AM when people are arriving back from a night out. The TV didn't work or even have a remote. Our biggest issue was the temperature. It was absolutely FREEZING. The central heating was meant to kick in of it hit 10'.. it didn't. We was frozen to the bone, I'm so glad we didn't bring the kids. I imagine in the height of summer it's also too hot. No air con or fans. After night 2 we decided we couldn't handle anymore, we checked out and in to hotel flamingo. We did get our deposit back thank goodness. If you're young and here to party this hotel perfect to lay your head down and get a shower... and cold one !! But please avoid if you have kids or like a few of the finer luxuries (like warmth haha) and a good night's sleep. Lesson learnt... pay cheap... pay twice!

I’d like to start by saying that the charlatans who besmirched the good name of The Luxmar ™️ with negative and slanderous reviews ought to hang their heads in shame. As a group, we approached last weekend with both fear and trepidation but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Pristine rooms, fabulous staff and friendly fellow patrons, The Luxmar ™️ had it all. This boutique hotel experience provided us with a well priced drinks menu, ideal location and rooms that were to die for and all on a budget. What we expected to be Belsen, turned out to be Bel Air and I for one will not be staying anywhere else upon my return to Benidorm. God bless The Luxmar ™️

The place is grim.looks like a manky bedsit from the 70s.The most vile curtains that are heavy with dirt .Two dirty sofa beds but the highlight is the beds and bedding.Two rock hard beds with bedspreads that look like they were old curtains taken from a dumpster.Rough as sandpaper blankets that I would not let my dog use.its freezing cold but zero heat , ended up using a hairdryer to warm up .Had to bring own plus iron.New bedding , curtains,paint and some new mattresses,new kitchen ,new doors ,heating ,iron and hairdryer and it might be ok but a bulldozer might be better.But not bad location and balcony is nice and big.made some pigeon friends so that was nice .

DO NOT STAY HERE! For starters we have to pay a £100 deposit which we didn’t get back as reception was shut when we were leaving but we never got told. I rang them up, the woman on the phone was so rude she was laughing down the phone at the fact we’ve lost £100 and she’s clearly keeping it! The hotel is an absolute disgrace - which I expected however there were bed bugs, the bath is manky never been cleaned, there were hairs in it when we arrived, skid marks in the toilet and stains all over the bed sheets! The rooms never once got cleaned, we asked for more toilet roll and weren’t given any. The staff are rude and look at you as tho you have 2heads. Also don’t expect to get any sleep because of the noise from other rooms! Worse place I’ve ever stayed, actually ruined my bendiorm experience! 🤬

Rooms are dated but big and clean. Separate living room and bedroom.. lovely wee bar area where u can get snacky food. Flat walk down to beach front. Weather was cold due to be feb. Paid 100 euro deposit and got back no problem. Transfer dropped us off and picked us up from Melia hotel 1 min away
