I stayed here in may for ten days and it was an excellent hotel So clean and well presented ,and the staff were so kind and helpfull It’s is so close to pontiente beach just over 100 meters ,perfect location in my view The food was really nice and presented well also The coffees were amazing and my room was so clean and looked great upon arrival This hotel gave me a great base to enjoy my holiday and I did so👍 Well recommend this hotel

Fabulous little hotel, great value for money. It might only be 2* but if all you are looking for is a quiet, comfortable base it's ideal. Stayed here for 3 nights. The view wasn't fantastic as it faced into the courtyard but was ideal for us as it was very quiet. Refurbished with a gorgeous bathroom. The walls are quite thin so you can here other guests but we still slept soundly on the comfortable beds. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and paid for one buffet dinner which for the price was great and included wine. I've been to Benidorm more than 40 times. This was my first time in the old town and I will definitely stay here again. The hotel probably isn't suitable for children as the lifts are a bit old fashioned but if you want a short break at a clean, modern, quiet hotel I can highly recommend Hotel Fleming

Very nice modern hotel, very clean and decent sized rooms, beds very comfortable and a nice powerful shower, good location for old town with beach a 3 minute walk, bars, shops and restaurants 3 to 5 minutes walk. A pleasant walk to Newtown the ***** and the beach there takes around 25 minutes. Staff very helpful. We went all inclusive but I wouldn’t recommend this at all, there was one person who had to clear restaurant tables, clean them and reset them with cutlery etc and this person also had to serve behind the bar which meant more often than not there’s nobody behind the bar and a fairly long wait for drinks, I can’t understand why they wouldn’t employ someone to work solely behind the bar during opening times. The food is pretty much all Spanish/Mediterranean dishes which probably suits 90% of guests as it’s a very Spanish hotel. I’m not a fussy eater at all but the food just wasn’t for me and always luke warm, fruit, cereal, yogurts and toast were ok but you can’t go wrong with that. I’d return to hotel if I felt the price was right but not on an all inclusive basis as food and drinks outside of hotel are very cheap and much better quality.

They say you get what you pay for, but for a solo traveler it’s an ideal spot to base yourself. The hotel itself is clean and bright on arrival, the booking said check in at 3pm, however the reception said this is now changed to 4pm, but they haven’t had chance to update all holiday operators. Then get room key card that clearly states checkin time to be 2pm, which to my recognition is neither 3 or 4pm. That being said after checkin, went to room 117 located well, room was clean, bright and spacious, powerful shower, although your bathroom floor will get very wet, so more towels are required to make safe. This Hotel is billed as a two star, remember that when reading on. I booked all inclusive option which in my opinion they have still got some way to go to get this right, first of all is the staffing issue, no dedicated bar staff, is just poor service on the hotels part, this means that restaurant staff are running between the restaurant and the bar, trying to serve everyone. This means you can be left waiting long times at the bar for a drink. Food, well I had two meals at the hotel and for good reason, the breakfast was Ok, but not great. Eggs, sausages, bacon all cold. If you are a fussy eater, this will get your back up. Evening meal was better, everything was warm (not hot), but selection like the morning was small. Rooftop pool: does not look clean or well maintained, but does offer a good view around. Cleaning service: Brilliant, everyday service, clean towels each day. Friendly. Room: missing a basic kettle for coffee, which is not great when your an early riser, and no coffee machines open until restaurant at 8am Location: great location, 2mins from supermarket, 5 mins from beach front, old town to your left, and great to visit. Restaurants, bars, and gastro places a plenty. And fairly priced that you don’t need all inclusive here. Try Fresh at the bottom of the road and to your left, best breakfast, and great staff. All in all perfect for a solo traveler, who needs a bed for the night, with no frills, but nice respectable staff.

The fleming hotel benidorm is very bad 👎 if this hotel was refurbished my name Joe bloggs. We come all inclusive you was only allowed 5 drinks.other drink you have to pay for choose from rum vodka beer wine whiskey and if you want tonic water pay €2.50 . Food not good and cold very limited choose salad choose very small and cakes well only 2 pick from AND THE ROOMS ARE VERY NOISY staff not nice this hotel is a nightmare all this is true we will never come back to this hotel you have been told coming to benidorm 15 years worse hotel every we stay at was very happy to leave this hotel 🏨

This is rated a 2☆ hotel. To be honest that is very low compared to my experience. The hotel seems to have been completely refurbished recently. My double room was very clean throughout, housekeeping service was excellent. I was all inclusive and frankly I don't know how they can do it at these prices. Breakfast was hot or cold, Lunch and Dinner choices were varied and only the bar was a little hit or miss bar but large and comfortably set apart from the dining area. A special mention is needed of the very helpful reception staff and in particular a guy on the nights team. I had my bank cards, cash, passport and phone etc stolen. The guy on reception was so helpful in getting me in touch with my banks (within 30 minutes of the theft) and therefore limited my losses immensely. I owe him a huge thank you. I shall most certainly use the Fleming as my goto hotel when visiting Benidorm (which i do fairly frequently, but will take additional security measures and use more common sense when carrying valuables!).

Well what a very noisy hotel children running and dropping toy on floor above our room people shouting in rooms someone walking in room with high heal shoes on food not good at all we would not every come back to fleming hotel so happy when I was going home to UK rooms not good. Traffic wake you up 7pm every morning

Just back from a very pleasant 5 night stay as a solo traveller. The room had two single beds which was plenty spacious enough for two persons. The walk in shower was top notch and I don't think I've ever slept in a more comfortable bed while on holidays. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel would appear to be very Spanish orientated in relation to food and entertainment insofar as the hotel entertainment was totally Spanish music as well as all the tv channels were in Spanish. My stay was just B&B so the only meal that applied was breakfast and while the selection was varied there wasn't much that appealed to me and that's a personal opinion and not a criticism. For anyone with physical or respiratory issues the local gradients will present a challenge but that applies to all accommodation in the area apart from those located on the beach front which is only a matter of 3 mins away. There are many shopping opportunities as well as quality restaurants close by which contribute to a very relaxing holiday and all things considered I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a base for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and rooms are spacious. Cleaning staff are very good at changing towels and making beds every day. The food is varied and mostly tasty. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly and offer great service. In particular, Juan and Nema who go the extra mile to make our holiday enjoyable.
