Hotels mit Frühstück in Bengkulu

Gut, komfortable, leider habe ich ein altes Zimmer, der Weg zum Lobby ist auch weit zum Parkplatz entfernt, obwohl ich ein neues Zimmer bekommen möchte

Meine 3 Wochen im Mercure Bengkulu scheinen zu kurz zu sein. Große Lage, komfortable Kissen und Bett, große Einrichtungen, schnelles WLAN und einfacher Zugang zu allem rund um. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Mein Lieblingsteil des Aufenthaltes war das Restaurant, großer Atmosphäre zum Essen oder einfach nur mit nachmittags Kaffee und Snacks mit Freunden. Sehr sauber, sehr organisiert und gut verwaltet. Das Frühstück ist eine große Auswahl an leckeren Essensmitteln, die den Geschmack aller befriedigen. Ich schätze die große Gastfreundschaft von den Restaurantpersonal und Herrn Rizky, dass meine Morgenzeit immer vor dem Tag angenehm gemacht wird. Ich würde kommen und wieder bleiben, ohne Zweifel! Hoch empfohlen!

ein der guten Hoteloptionen in meiner Stadt. Zimmer #520 im 5. Stock, aber eigentlich dieses 4. Stock. sauberes Zimmer, OK Einrichtungen (außer Toilettenwaschmaschine ist ein bisschen problematisch), guter Kabel-TV (außer Netz) Das Frühstück dieses Hotel macht mich zu Hause fühlen, Es gibt ein traditionelles Menü (rauchen Fisch und mattapppp) das ist mantapppp

Das Hotel ist strategischer in der Ecke mit einer Reihe von Lebensmittelstufen auf der Seite. Wir blieben auf dem schnellen Mond und erhielten kostenfrei typische Service. Das Zimmer war minimal, es gab einen Kaffee im 2. Stock für diejenigen, die entspannen wollen.

Das war das erste Mal, dass ich in die Stadt Bengkulu kam. Ich war an diesem Tag bei der Hochzeit meines Freundes zusammen mit meinen Freunden. Dieses Hotel ist ziemlich sauber, das Essen ist gut, mit COVID-19 Protokoll gut, und natürlich mit kostenlosen Preisen. Als ich mich daran erinnerte, dass ich meinen Telefonladen vergessen habe, versuchte ich, die Mitarbeiter des Hotels zu fragen, ob ich eine schulden kann. Ich vergaß, um ihren Namen zu fragen, aber sie half mir, mir einen Telefonladen zu nehmen. Die anderen Mitarbeiter sind auch untergebracht und ödmjuk. Und nicht auch die wunderbare Erinnerung erwähnen

Die Service ist im Allgemeinen gut, das Personal ist ziemlich freundlich, die Hotelatmosphäre sieht sauber und klar aus. Das Frühstücksmenü ist ganz unterschiedlich, auch nur für Standardgeschmack. Das Zimmer, das wir geblieben hatten, war ziemlich sauber, aber leider kann der Tauch nicht verwendet werden und die Rohre unterhalb des Tauchs leckt so das Wasser unter dem Tauch splash.

The service at the front desk was very disappointing. On June 21, I returned to the hotel after returning from a business trip in Bengkulu. I informed the receptionist on duty at 6:00 pm that my room key (guest key card) had been lost, possibly dropped on the street, so I would need a duplicate key to open my room. The receptionist immediately said that if the key is lost, there is a penalty of IDR 50,000. This is the first time in my history in a hotel that a fee is charged for losing a key card when you want to request a duplicate key card. For me, paying IDR 50,000 is not an issue, however is it noted at check-in or on the key card that there is a loss fee for a lost key? Informing guests in advance is very important, especially since Amaris is part of a group of Santika hotels where I believe hospitality / customer focus is a top priority to increase the comfort of guests during their stay. This male reception with astonished face, still doesn't want to give out the new key, instead he says please contact the reception every time you want to open the room door. And the electronic system in the room is turned on manually, you don't need to use a room key, so for me it's strange. The hotel is willing to turn on the power system without power saving mode, instead of giving a new key to the guests to spend IDR 50,000 to the guests, which would probably be more expensive without power saving mode. I tried again to ask the reception for a new key, but the reception didn't budge, didn't even show empathy or apologize for the inconvenience. I asked to call the Duty Manager/FOM, however he told me they were gone and went home. I hope management seriously evaluates this process that puts the guest experience first and not the ego of a receptionist who has absolutely no sense of hospitality. Definitely, this is the first and last to stay in this hotel! No return to this hotel with lack of service.

Lokasinya bagus sih di pinggir jaoan,tapi untuk parkir kurang memadai Untuk kamar nyaman,bersih, untuk fasilitas kain kurang wangi. Selebihnya ok

Suasana hotel bagus nyaman bersih dan tenang, lokasi strategis dipinggir jalan raya lintas utama, sarapan bervariasi, halaman parkiran luas, ada Atm BNI di depan hotel, hanya saja fasilitasnya minus di lift untuk akses naik turun lantai atas dan bawah, tidak ada sabun mandi, tidak disarankan jika membawa rombongan keluarga yg ada lansia ke hotel ini, karena akses naik turun hotel masih menggunakan tangga manual, over all okelah☺️
