Großes und sauberes Zimmer mit Flachbildfernseher. Einziger Nachteil: Es gibt keine Einweg-Hausschuhe für die Toilette. Die Lage ist 10/10. Viele Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. In der Gegend gibt es auch Nach**ärkte. Was Aktivitäten angeht, gibt es Go-Karts, Karneval, Wasser-Themenpark und vieles mehr, was Sie genießen können. Insgesamt ist es ein guter Ort zum Übernachten. Wir waren 5 Tage hier und insgesamt zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

Die Zimmer in diesem Hotel scheinen leicht abzulaufen, obwohl für den Preis, den man für ihn zahlen muss, es ziemlich wert für Geld. Die Betten und Toiletten (auch Bad!) sind relativ sauber, wenn Sie über die Wände und Decken schauen können, es ist wirklich ein gutes Hotel mit schönen Einrichtungen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer bequemen Lage, und das Hotel bietet sogar Shuttle-Dienstleistungen für Touristenspots in Batam. Das Frühstück ist nicht spektakulär und persönlich denke ich es ist ziemlich einfach. Ich würde viel lieber außerhalb essen wählen.

Frühstück war gut, die Sorte war am Wochenende ok, aber die Sorte musste am Wochentag verbessert werden. Wir haben für 5 Nacht am 14 - 19 Oktober geblieben und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem für Rafft, um unseren Aufenthalt mit seinem tollen Service extra angenehm zu machen. Das Hotel ist sehr strategischer im Stadtzentrum und wenn Sie zum Mall gehen oder andere Lebensmitteloptionen suchen möchten, ist es nur Spazierweiterung.

Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is having a good advantage on location, located in the heart of Batam Center, where luxury and homey abound. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained and it is connected to a modern life style, near local culinary and having a good entertainment with roof top bar. The staffs are giving a good hospitality and helpful. Sahid Batam Center hotel could fit for business and personal use. Over all, Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is a good hotel to stay. Mit einem weißen Mann sind wir oft etwas durch Leute, die uns beobachten. Aber im Kings Hotel behandelt uns sowohl das Personal als auch der Gast nur wie eine normale Person. Zimmer ist sehr groß, sauber und neu renoviert. Hallway sehr sauber, kein Stachelgeräusch von Teppich. Frühstücksverteilung ist zufriedenstellend, richtiger Kaffee aus der richtigen Maschine (yaiy ....). Kids Club ist unser tägliches Ziel nach dem Frühstück und vor dem Abendessen, da die Kinder dort ”Schulen” lieben. Nur ein bisschen zu klein, vielleicht sollten sie den Kinderklub in den Poolbereich verschieben, so dass es mehr Kinder nehmen kann :) genügend Natur und Outdoor-Bereich, Also wir nicht nur in der Zimmer- oder Lobby, wir genießen Spaziergang im Hotel, um Blätter, Blumen und Sticks zu holen, ohne durch den Verkehr Angst. Schwimmbad ist sehr grundlegende und nichts Fantasie, aber das Wasser ist sehr sauber und immer warm. Wenn Sie sich nicht wie von Hotelrestaurants essen fühlen, gibt es viel Stalle neben dem Hotel, das Lebensmittel verkauft oder nur Lebensmittel an die Lobby abholen. Wir könnten hier wieder bleiben, wenn wir zurück nach Batam.

Verhältnismäßig neues Hotel in Batam Hafen Bay-Bereich. Zimmer sind anständiger Größe. Betten sind komfortabel.Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und freundlich. Vieles Essen in der Nähe in der Nähe zu Fuß. Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach. Der einzige Nebeneffekt ist, dass das Essen sehr gemahlen ist. Hoffentlich kann das Hotel auch nicht gemahlene Lebensmitteloptionen bieten. Die Wahl von Lebensmitteln ist begrenzt. Wünschen sie können mehr Vielfalt von Lebensmitteln etc hinzufügen. Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu bleiben. 👍👍👍

It Was perfect and comfortable room. All staff Was nice and friendly. The breakfast Was awesome. The last thing is i need to many thank for the Organizer to ready what i request. It Was so happy at me and my wife. For me was very enjoy here and few day batam trip. High recommendation the ASTON Group at BATAM. YES.. 10/10 for me & my wife. 😊😊😊😊😊

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Ich gebe keine Bewertungen 1/5. Ich bin nur ausgelöst, wenn die Reinigung und Hygiene eine Frage ist. Dieses Hotel gab mir ein Zimmer, das ich durch einen Rauchgeräuschkorridor zu gehen musste. Als ich ins Zimmer ging, hatte ich ein Zimmer, das so viel Wortlos schüttelte wie Knoten der Genehmigung. 1) Das Toilette war nicht sauber. Es gab Form. 2) Das Zimmer musste mit einem Paket von etwas auf dem Luftkanal hängend “parfümiert” werden 3) Alle Handtücher im Zimmer wurden verfärbt. Befragt für ein neues Set und es war STIMM fett 😳. 4) Kein Shampoo als 4-Sterne-Hotel. 5) Recycled Bedroom Slippers ( von denen ich gut bin ) aber es wurde mit zweifelhaften Dingen verfärbt. 6) Zimmerbild hängt prekär über meinem Kopf. 7) Das extra Bett, das ich extra für ohne Bettrahmen gezahlt habe, kam und wurde auf dem Boden gelegt. Hauspflege sagte, es ist wie, dass 😵‍💫 Management etwas zu tun hat. Die arme Hauspflege hat eine harte Zeit von mir 🙏🏻
