Soak in views to the river and Cascade Mountain range from the rooftop terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy one of the many local beers in town! This home has been professionally updated and placed in the caring hands of local management company, Sojourn Homes, to ensure your stay is spectacular! The 3 bedroom (2 bedrooms plus loft room) and 2 full bathrooms comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. A private 2-car garage provides hassle-free parking for guests in the city. But you’ll find that you won’t need a car as the hottest spots in Bend are just steps away: ~ 1 block to coffee shops, Box Factory (restaurants, shopping, bars), 2 spas, and 3 fitness spots ~ 2 blocks to the Podski Food Trucks, the Deschutes River, and Market of Choice ~ 0.4 miles to The Old Mill with the Hayden Homes Amphitheater across the river! ~ 0.6 miles to Downtown Bend ~ 17+ Breweries in less than a mile radius ~ 25 minutes drive to Mt. Bachelor 1st Floor - Smart lock private entrance from Arizona Avenue leads into the foyer with garage access. The garage has two private parking spots for guest use, 2 cruiser bikes, 2 blowup paddle boards, and a bunch of tubes for floating! 2nd Floor - Living Room: Spacious open-concept living area with Roku TV (access to apps and DirecTV), gas fireplace, stylish sofa seating for 4-6, and fast and free 1G wifi internet - Dining: Walnut dining table with seating for 6 and credenza with a plethora of board games and reading materials - Balcony: Charming balcony with propane BBQ and café dining set to seat 3 - Kitchen: Full kitchen with high quality Viking appliances. Fully stocked with all kitchenwares for preparing and serving meals. Small appliances like a drip coffee machine, blender, toaster, food processor, rice maker, kettle, and crockpot. Soaps and detergents stocked. Salt, pepper, oil, and some basic spices provided along with a s’more kit to kick off your stay! - Bedroom 1: One queen bed and one twin bed, Roku TV, walk in closet. All linens are provided. - Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with walk in shower. All towels and soaps (shampoo, conditioner, body, hand) provided. 3rd Floor - Bedroom 2: Spacious primary suite with king bed, reading chair and ottoman, workspace with desk, chair and lamp, and attached full onsuite bathroom. A Roku TV is atop a dresser, with access to a large walk-in closet - Bathroom 2: Full ensuite primary bath complete with large soaking tub, dual shower head walk in shower, and dual sinks. Soaps (hand, head, body) and towels provided. - Laundry: A laundry nook is provided to guests free to use, includes washer, dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron 4th Floor - Bedroom 3: A spiral staircase leads to the third bedroom, an open loft-style bunk room with 4 twin beds. Fun video gaming access via Roku TV on the Super Nintendo and Classic Nintendo NES systems. - Rooftop Terrace: Incredible views abound from this terrace with seating for 4 and umbrella during the warm months. This terrace is accessed via Bedroom 3. Good To Know: Must climb stairs! The bedrooms are on levels 2-4, so be prepared to carry luggage up to these spaces. Guests must also abide by the Good Neighbor Guidelines, particularly the quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Please be aware that noise decibel meters are installed on the property. Parking: There are two private parking spots in the garage free for guest use. There is also street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not park in the parking lot behind the garage. Those spots are dedicated to the businesses in the complex and may be subject to towing. Pets: This home has a strict NO pet policy (exception: service animals) Garbage: Management will access the garage to take/bring back the garbage cans every Monday (regular garbage) and every other Sunday (recycling). We will not be entering the home or disturbing guests.
