DoubleTree by Hilton Ben Guerir Hotel & Residences

I had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Ben Guerir! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making the experience truly enjoyable. The restaurant was a highlight, offering excellent meals for both dinner and breakfast—great variety, fresh ingredients, and well-prepared dishes. Definitely a must-try! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, thanks to Chaimae’s attention to detail. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and professional, and their hospitality and service truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ben Guerir—I’ll definitely be back!

A great experience to experience a palace away from home. Chaimae, Dina, Salah and the rest of the staff gave me an amazing, luxurious experience. Dina who is the guest experience executive makes it her priority to provide the best experience for guests according to Hilton standards. As a Hilton Gold member, she made me feel like a king in a palace. The rooms and facilities are world class and clean. Cleanliness and hygiene is their ultimate priority.

So I’m going to be honest. I’ve stayed in many Hilton’s and this Hilton is by far the worst. This hotel is definitely not ready to be open, lack of staff on areas and a lot of things do not work. If you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation then this hotel will not be for you because one of the pools is out of use while the other pool is being used for an event. They do not inform you about these things also. Housekeeping do not come even when you press for them to clean your room. People who work here majority of them cannot speak any English. Limited options on the buffet. Outside pool bar does not work even though advertised. Also room service is advertised on the tv yet when you go to order they say they do not do room service. Key card always stops working so you get to your room and have to go all the way back to reception. Air con doesn’t work. The pool which is advertised on the website isn’t even owned by the hotel so you aren’t allowed to use it. This is very false advertising and I don’t think I can say anything positive about it. Also there is smell of sewage through the hotel .Some staff are polite mostly management.

Excellent hotel and particularly excellent staff! Professional, reliable and friendly all the way. Special thanks to Hanane in the restaurant! The only minus (but a real one) is the unavailability of the very large and nice swimming pool. The small one is available but not fit for swimming.

Located next to the main poles of Benguerir city, staying at this hotel provides a comfortable experience and convenient accomodations. The service was impeccable. Great location. I highly recommend it if you want to go for a visit to this city.

Excellent stay in general on all aspects. I Have to mention that all the staff at the restaurant were so professional, abdellah the barista in particular was so patient and caring. Chainae as a room attendant was so kind and caring. Good luck
