New! Charming Home in the Heart of Bemus Point, Lake Chautauqua, NY

Wonderful place to stay. We stayed with our 2 kids under 7 and everyone had a good time. Super clean, kids loved the bunk room, great location! Thank you!

Let's start off by thanking Kris for being such a great host. Right from the start we knew we did something right by picking Kris' property. The line of communication were both friendly and clear. She made sure that we felt welcome and alleviated any worries by mentioning to reach out to her with any questions or concerns we may have. We selected the place as it's seconds away from Chautauqua Lake as this was a fishing trip with a group of friends. This group travels frequently and to see everyone’s reaction when we all first walked it was priceless. Beautiful decor, sense of comfort and class walking in as it felt like you walked into a warm hug as you were taking everything in. The place was immaculate. Completely spotless. You could see the pride and effort Kris puts into the property. You'll find this stunning home outfitted with all the cookware, dishware, coffee stations that you need and more. The BBQ saw a lot of use and it had no problem handling the hungry needs of our large group. Kris including the use of the garage was a great touch for our group to organize and safeguard costly fishing gear.If you’re thinking of visiting the Chautauqua Lake area this property must be at the top of your list of considerations.Thanks again Kris for making our trip a memorable one and we look forward to renting from you in the future.

This is a lovely house in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house is extremely clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable with all the amenities. The host communicates well and is so accommodating.We would definitely stay here again!

The backyard was one of our favorite spots, perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and giving the kids some space to play. The beds were cozy, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing visit, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was excellent, which made everything stress-free. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, which made it feel like a true getaway. We would happily stay here again.
