Quaint historic home in the heart of Bemus Point Village- a stroll to the water!

Excellent facility and town (Bemus) with a touch of Norman Rockwell. Debra was the perfect host. It's my second time staying at 13 Merz. So close to the lake and shops. Looking forward to my next visit.

The Inn Off Main is a wonderful place to stay for a holiday weekend and family getaway. Debra (Host) was excellent with providing checkin and checkout procedures for the visit. Home is in middle of Bemus Point is an active community with shops, restaurants, and activities which was convenient for family to take a short walk to activities. We hope to be back soon!

We felt very welcomed in the home. Ours was a last minute reservation (within 24 hours of arrival) and things still went splendidly. The home is in a neighborhood and people waved at us; we appreciated that. The key code worked easily every time so coming and going was a breeze. The driveway is long so there is ample parking. You park right next to the front porch in front of the garage so access into the house is nearly effortless. There are about 4 steps up to the porch. The garden area is just off the porch and very inviting and homey. The kitchen is amply furnished with just about anything you might need. The laundry is on the garage side which requires the same 3-4 steps down. All bedrooms are upstairs with the King and daybed room being the farthest away and over the garage area. The home is just gorgeously decorated. I love the minimalist decor, it's easy to keep clean, not too busy. I did read ALL customer reviews before our stay and noticed then that you are required to make up your own bed(s) of your choosing, no problem for us, just so that everyone is aware. We had not come across that before, but I did like that the sheets and towels are clearly marked in each bedroom and inside zipped containers, so they stay fresh. Great idea! Communication was timely and the hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful! We have no problem recommending this property and would consider staying again if we find ourselves in the area.

The house was located in a great location in Bemis Point. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Very spacious, clean accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. The porch was a perfect place to hang out on a beautiful fall day. Can't wait for an opportunity to make a return visit!

It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated home. The southern porch was our favorite place to sit. Everything that we needed was available. Beds were very comfortable. We have been staying in Bemus for many years and this is one of our favorite places.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOME! If you want to be in the middle of all of the Bemus activity, this location and immaculate home is the perfect spot for you! I could not give any VRBO any higher rating than this Bemus home. Perfect for relaxing on the porch or dining on the little patio area - it's just the perfect home for gathering! The owners, Debra and Rick, and their staff, went out of their way, over and above, to make sure, even a last minute schedule adjustment, was accommodated with grace and understanding. I can't rave enough about this property! THANK YOU for making my visit "home" (I grew up in the area) to Bemus such a memorable experience!

Bemus Point 2.0 Our family really enjoyed this house for the 2nd year in a row! It was clean with a capital C and had a huge yard to play the many provided yard games with our kids! It was a great respite from our daily adventures. It’s so close to what Bemus Point had to offer but also just far away enough to feel secluded. Debra was always within an ear shot if we needed and they were a gracious host. Don’t tell your friends! Hah!

Attentiveness to detail, cleanliness and comfort made this a welcoming ten-day Bemus Point getaway. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, the living room/front porch/patio each a beckoning place to read and relax. Could not be more conveniently located to all things Bemus. Just a great place!
