Ich bin ein Snobby-Botschafter, und ich war nicht glücklich, dass ich in einer Vierpunkte zu bleiben, als ich letzte Woche in Bellingham WA war. Was für eine große Überraschung fand ich bei dieser Unterkunft. Um klar zu sein.. es ist kein Ritz, aber das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Hatte eine K-Kup Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und ein schönes Kühlschrank mit vollem Gefrierschrank. Das Badezimmer war gut eingerichtet und die Dusche war stark. Dieses Eigentum hatte zwei separate Restaurants zu wählen. B-Town verfügte nicht nur über Innensitz, sondern eine sehr coole Außenterrasse mit einer Vielzahl von Sitzoptionen. Niedrige Tische, hohe Bar-Stil-Tische und mehrere Feuerflecks mit Tischsitz um sie herum. Wahrscheinlich das beste ”Hotel Food”, das ich in 20 Jahren hatte. Die Brüsseler Sprouts waren perfekt gebraten. Ich kann nicht ganz sicher sein, aber ich glaube, der Fried Calamari muss von einem Bier geschnitten worden sein, dann braten und gefriert perfekt. Ich hatte einen Veggie Burger, und mein Gefährte machte die Fische und Chips. A+ Frühstück wurde in einem anderen Raum serviert. Sehr schöne Wahl des traditionellen gekochten Frühstücks, aber ich konnte gut mit Stone Cut Oatmeal, Joghurt und Obst essen, Es gibt einen Fred Meyer Grocery-Shop im Parkplatz, so einfach zu bekommen, Wasser und Snacks. Sie werden glücklich, dass Sie hier geblieben!

Der erhitzte Pool ist großartig. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Sie haben Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle und das war ein Plus. Die Mitarbeiter gingen aus ihrem Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass wir eine gute Zeit hatten. Der Außenbereich war auch schön und sauber.

I had booked a couple treatments at the Spa, which I had saved up gift cards from the last 3 years. I booked over the phone because I wanted a recommendation of what massage to get for back and neck pain. I unfortunately went with their recommendation which was not a massage at all. I'm not going to say which treatment it was, because it's not the employees fault, it was simply not what I was needing or asked for. I was completely mislead in choosing a treatment. And for someone who does this *maybe* once every couple years, I am beyond disappointed. I spoke to the receptionist as I was checking out. When she asked how my service was I was honest but there wasn't any mention of resolution. The response was ”I'm so sorry, your total is..”. There were a few people behind me so I checked out and left because I didn't want to hold up the line. I emailed the chrysalis after my appointment, explaining the situation and asking for a refund for the 90 minute service. They messaged back unapologetically and offered 30 minutes of a massage. I then asked if I could get a 30 minute refund instead and I never got a response. I've emailed them twice since and have received nothing. I've gone here once every few years since I was a teenager, and have recommended it to my family and friends. But I will now be telling all of them not to come to the chrysalis because the customer service in management is terrible. There are other great spas and professionals in the area, I'd recommend everyone to go somewhere else. Super lame chrysalis
