My wife and I were down in the area for the Weekend, we often stay on in the Redmond/Bellevue area as nice hotels are a bargain on weekends as they cater to the business crowd . This Marriot seemed quite new, is right in Downtown Bellevue and has one of the larger club lounges we've seen (we're Platinum Elite so get access but you can pay extra to access as well). Although clean and modern, our room was very small and uninspiring. These wasn't anything wrong with it, but it didn't wow us either. I was surprised by how small the bathroom was as well and am not a fan of glass barn doors but the double headed shower was great. We'd asked for an upgrade to a high floor ”mountain view” room which we were given, not much of a view though but we did look out over some trees. It doesn't look this property has suites so upgrades aren't much of a thing here. One of the reasons I choose this property is that they don't close their club lounge on weekends like so many Marriots do. Unfortunately they don't serve any hot food in the evening but they always had a good selection of bottled water and soft drinks, Tim's potato chips (yummy!), some fruit and a Nifty little treats bar where you could help yourself to nuts, M&M's and Jelly Bellies! Breakfast in the lounge was a mixed bag. They had some nice Greek yogurt and a decent selection of breads and a great variety of fresh fruit. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and even some roasted potatoes. I was surprised there wasn't a latte machine and didn't appreciate having to drink my so so drip coffee from a paper cup (the food was served with China and stainless steel cutlery). My wife was surprised they only had skim milk or creamer packets and even then they ran out of milk! This particular part of Bellevue is mostly office buildings so there's not much in the way if restaurants or activities close by but it's not far from other areas and the beautiful lake is only a five minute drive away. Speaking of driving, save the ridiculous valet parking fees and park on the street. It's free during the night and all day on Sunday.

We've stayed here on three visits from Japan and will definitely stay here again. Hotel is part of Bellevue Club which means hotel guests are able to use the club facilities such as gym, basketball court, tennis court, pickleball court, swimming pool. It's like being in a resort setting close to douwntown Bellevue. Staff are freindly and rooms are good size with very comfrtable beds. Casual restaurant is very good and during the weekends the higher end restarant will operate so good choise within the hotel and of course it's close to downtown Bellevue with many restaurant choice. Unlike large international hotel brands, BCH is very cosy with a private feeling. Limo service to take you around within two mile radius of the hotel was great to have. In 2025, new light rail train will extend over to Seattle side so access will be improve.

I stayed at the Westin in Bellevue with my daughter for a quick, overnight leisurely stay in the city. I booked through the app and the communication was prompt, polite and always great! Upon check-in, James, the staff member who checked us in was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is superb, rooms are exceptionally well-appointed and clean, and incredibly comfortable. The room service was timely and delicious. We had an amazing time and would recommend this hotel to both leisure and business travelers. I hope to be back soon!

Ich habe zwei Zimmer online reserviert, eine mit Mobilitätszugang für meine Schwester und die andere für Hubby und mich und ich beantragte die angrenzenden Zimmer, damit wir meine Schwester oder Chat mit ihr helfen können. Es ist ein bisschen schwierig, in die Straße zu kommen, wo das Hotel liegt, da es auf einer kleinen Straße ist mit nur einem Zeichen, das sagt AC Lounge, wie es die erste und zweite Nacht unseres Aufenthalts passiert und wir haben noch 3 Tage zu gehen. Es gibt Parkplätze für $39 und eine Notwendigkeit für uns, da meine Schwester Mobilitätsfragen hat und eine Kanone benötigt, um sich umzudrehen. Ich hatte auf der Mobile-App über die Bereitstellung von nebenzimmern am Tag vor unserer Ankunft gesprochen und sie konnten ein mobiles Zimmer an unserem Zimmer angrenzen. Meine Schwester hatte ein Königsbett in ihrem Zimmer und unsere hatten eine Königin und sie waren nur wenige Schritte vom Aufzug entfernt. Die Zimmer haben nur 2 kleine Drahtseile und eine kleine Fläche für die Aufhängung von Kleidung, einen Safe, einen Kühlschrank mit zwei Wasserflaschen, einen Wärmeschießer für das warme Wasser. Das Zimmer ist nur für uns beide richtig und das Badezimmer hat einen großen Regenschlauchkopf sowie einen handgemachten Duschkopf und ich liebe den Zitrusfuß des Duschegels, Shampoo und Klimaanlage. Es riecht so sauber und frisch. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich mit minimalen Frills. Dieses Haustier-freundliche Hotel ist und es gibt Behandlungsbeutel für Haustiere! Olga war sehr hilfreich, als wir angemeldet wurden, und das einzige, was wir hatten, ist, dass wir schwer verstanden haben, was sie uns als Englisch sagte, dass wir glauben, dass ihre zweite Sprache ist. Am ersten Morgen war ich hier, ging ich zum 24-Stunden Fitnesszentrum auf der Lobby-Ebene und es ist groß mit Wasser, Handtücher, Sanitärwäsche, komplimentarische Ohrtelefone, falls Sie keine haben, und meine Lieblings-Props wie die Stabilität, Medizin und Bosu Ball sowie freie Gewichte. Ich bin nicht viel für Maschinen, aber ich genieße, Balance und Kernübungen zu machen. Die Bosu Ball braucht mehr Luft in ihm aber und sollte regelmäßig überprüft werden. Dann hatten wir ihr Frühstücksbuffet, das war $22 pro Person, die, Saft, Kaffee, geschrotet Eier, Delhi-Fleisch, Gewürze, englische Muffin mit Sauce oder Hammer, Tee, heißes Oatmehl, Milch, Mandelmilch, Yoghurt, alle Arten von frischem Obst wie Rahm, Blueberries, Pinien, Cantaloupe, Bananen, die alle für ein gesundes Essen oder nicht gemacht! Auch gibt es eine Mikrowelle und Eismaschine (das Hydratationszentrum) auf jedem Stock für Ihren Komfort.

Stayed here for NYE and the vibe was great! The location cannot be beat since it is located in the shopping district of Bellevue, WA with plenty of good bar and dinner options to choose from. The W had their own NYE party, but it was very pricey for just cocktails and apps. We ended up going to Suite in the Hilton (2 blocks) which served a 4 course meal, entertainment, and dancing at a half the price. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor in a hallway towards the Lincoln Square that you almost miss it if you are not looking out for it. There is plenty of parking available in the parking garage below, and during NYE, parking was free! The front desk was very friendly and professional. They gave me a room on the 10th floor with a nice view to the West where you can see downtown Seatle in the distance. The rooms are very cool and modern. I love the openess floor plan including the see through shower beside the King bed! The bed was very comfortable with fluffy pillows, comforter, and crisp white linen. There was modern couch by the window, HDTV, and a large I did find a kids tooth brush when I opened the hidden mirror (something House Cleaning would definitely have missed) which I quickly disposed of. The gym was very large, clean and had plenty of the latest free weights, treadmills, bikes, and universal equipment. It even had a Ballet Barre bar in its own section. I was the only one there, but even if there were more people, I would have felt very safe because of its size. My only gripe was that the Bellevue W did not have a Spa, nor a Sauna or Steam Room. It also does not have a pool or hot tub. Either option would have been a great complement to a beautiful gym. Overall, I would stay here again especially if it was a Couples / Adults-only trip. If it was a Family trip, I may find other options close by. Recently I also noticed that Bellevue is also a lot cleaner and safer than downtown Seattle, so if you had a choice on which W to stay at, I would definitely choose Bellevue W.

Auf meiner Geschäftsreise wurde ich von 8 Kollegen begleitet. Die Unterkunft im Hyatt Regency Bellevue wurde vorgegeben, da der Event ebenfalls im Hotel stattgefunden hat. Für mich war das Hotel eine grosse Enttäuschung. Bei einem Preis von knapp 300 USD (inkl. Taxen aber OHNE Frühstück) erwarte ich viel mehr, als geboten wurde. Das Hotel wirkte «in die Jahre gekommen», alles alt und abgewetzt. Das Zimmer 08:15, mit einem muffeligen Teppich und einer veralteten Badezimmer Infrastruktur (alte Brause, kleiner Wasserstrahl, wackelige Toilette). Der Hotelservice rund um den Event (700 Personen) war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Ich habe selten so schlecht gegessen, wenn man das als Essen bezeichnen kann. Der Service war zwar nett und hilfsbereit, doch das war es denn auch schon. Das Frühstück Buffet hat extra gekostet (ca. 35 USD inkl. Taxen und Tipp). Die Auswahl war sehr bescheiden, ein Toaster mit schwacher Leistung hat zu einer grossen Warteschlange geführt. Hat man die dunkle Brühe, mit der Bezeichnung Kaffee, durch einen Cappuccino ersetzt, hat es nochmals extra gekostet. Ich kann nicht verstehen, weshalb Microsoft ihre Mitarbeiter und Kunden in diesem Hotel logieren lässt. Für mich, wie übrigens für viele andere auch, eine GROSSE Enttäuschung, welche die Eventstimmung getrübt hat.

Twice a year I’ll stay in downtown Bellevue and visit a couple of my favorite restaurants. I stayed here in January 2025. Having stayed at other InterContinentals across the world, here are my thoughts: Pros: The hotel is new and is located in downtown Bellevue. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as numerous places to shop. The room was very nicely decorated in a modern design. I immediately noticed a pleasant, clean smell in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had excellent water pressure. The heating/AC worked well. I like the room cool at night, but warm in the morning. No issues with it at all. The staff were all very kind, helpful and friendly. The person checking us in, Adriana, did so quickly and pointed out places to explore. The concierge, Leanne, was amazing! She had plenty of great restaurant tips, with a few discounts to offer. The manager Ali, who I spoke to on the phone, was very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast overall was good. It did offer some options and was quite delicious. Now, the cons….I booked my stay in the InterContinental website. On the day of checking in, I noticed a special on their website. The special, which was about $120 MORE than I originally had booked, offered parking and breakfast for two. I called the hotel (the number listed on Google for the Bellevue location), but was routed to a call service in Asia. When I asked to make the change to take advantage of the offer on their website, I was told it was impossible. I was told the ONLY way to take advantage of the offer was to pay a cancellation fee on my initial booking and then rebook using the offer. Keep in mind, I was trying to give the hotel MORE money than I initially had booked. I ended the phone call quite frustrated. I called a second time, hoping to directly contact the hotel. I again reached a call center in Asia. Why they outsource their calls to Asia is beyond me. Other 4 star hotels in Bellevue, including the Hyatt and Westin, can easily be directly contacted. Same thing when I called the second time…they said making a change (ie spending more money) was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager. They put me in touch with someone in Bellevue, but the phone connection was terrible. There was a delay on the phone with an echo. I asked to speak to someone else. I was connected to a manager named Ali. She was very understanding and apologetic and told me the change could be made, without penalty. I asked her if she could book it for me, but she said it needed to be booked online. By this point, I was frustrated and ready to book at the Westin, which I’d stayed at a few times before. After getting off the phone with Ali, I decided to try and book the special offer online. I did without any complications. Ali did call me back a few minutes later saying she also could book it for me. Altogether, it took me 74 minutes to change this reservation. Had I simply bee

Management muss auf Urlaub in einem anderen Gebäude gewesen sein. Schließlich ist die Außenseite des Gebäudes, einschließlich der massiven Schleifglasfassade, seit Jahrzehnten nicht gewaschen worden. Und noch schlimmer ist das Parkplatz, um das wenige zu sagen, schlau. Food containers, Süßigkeiten-Verpackungsmittel, Zigarettenbutten und Hygieneprodukte stellen für Tage eine Strecke ohne Bemühungen, um ein bescheidenes Auftreten zu erhalten. Die Lage neben einer kleinen Kirche ist ruhiger. Einige alte, aber die Hygiene ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen Leitungsschrank, der Halle ist mit heißem Wasserkoffee für den ganzen Tag bereit. Das Zimmer hat eine Küche und eine vollständige Ausstattung. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt. Das Frühstück ist einfach und normal. Fahren Sie selbst und die Anforderungen sind nicht hoch.
