Room had a lot of space for 2 people. 4 would be tight. Great location for shopping at Bellevue Collections- typical mall stores with Macys & Nordstrom. Rooms are not quite sound proof. I could hear our neighbors at time. Bathroom needs a towel bar as there is only one hook (back of door) to hang one wet towel. Fitness room machines need more regular maintenance. I tried 3 machines before I found one that had working touch screen for tv. I found one with no tv connection, another with broken touchscreen as volume was not working an another with broken headphone jack. Fortunately, my fourth picked worked. Liked the free 2 bottles of water each day. Complimentary morning coffee in lobby . Very comfortable beds and nice bedding.

Twice a year I’ll stay in downtown Bellevue and visit a couple of my favorite restaurants. I stayed here in January 2025. Having stayed at other InterContinentals across the world, here are my thoughts: Pros: The hotel is new and is located in downtown Bellevue. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as numerous places to shop. The room was very nicely decorated in a modern design. I immediately noticed a pleasant, clean smell in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had excellent water pressure. The heating/AC worked well. I like the room cool at night, but warm in the morning. No issues with it at all. The staff were all very kind, helpful and friendly. The person checking us in, Adriana, did so quickly and pointed out places to explore. The concierge, Leanne, was amazing! She had plenty of great restaurant tips, with a few discounts to offer. The manager Ali, who I spoke to on the phone, was very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast overall was good. It did offer some options and was quite delicious. Now, the cons….I booked my stay in the InterContinental website. On the day of checking in, I noticed a special on their website. The special, which was about $120 MORE than I originally had booked, offered parking and breakfast for two. I called the hotel (the number listed on Google for the Bellevue location), but was routed to a call service in Asia. When I asked to make the change to take advantage of the offer on their website, I was told it was impossible. I was told the ONLY way to take advantage of the offer was to pay a cancellation fee on my initial booking and then rebook using the offer. Keep in mind, I was trying to give the hotel MORE money than I initially had booked. I ended the phone call quite frustrated. I called a second time, hoping to directly contact the hotel. I again reached a call center in Asia. Why they outsource their calls to Asia is beyond me. Other 4 star hotels in Bellevue, including the Hyatt and Westin, can easily be directly contacted. Same thing when I called the second time…they said making a change (ie spending more money) was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager. They put me in touch with someone in Bellevue, but the phone connection was terrible. There was a delay on the phone with an echo. I asked to speak to someone else. I was connected to a manager named Ali. She was very understanding and apologetic and told me the change could be made, without penalty. I asked her if she could book it for me, but she said it needed to be booked online. By this point, I was frustrated and ready to book at the Westin, which I’d stayed at a few times before. After getting off the phone with Ali, I decided to try and book the special offer online. I did without any complications. Auf meiner Geschäftsreise wurde ich von 8 Kollegen begleitet. Die Unterkunft im Hyatt Regency Bellevue wurde vorgegeben, da der Event ebenfalls im Hotel stattgefunden hat. Für mich war das Hotel eine grosse Enttäuschung. Bei einem Preis von knapp 300 USD (inkl. Taxen aber OHNE Frühstück) erwarte ich viel mehr, als geboten wurde. Das Hotel wirkte «in die Jahre gekommen», alles alt und abgewetzt. Das Zimmer 08:15, mit einem muffeligen Teppich und einer veralteten Badezimmer Infrastruktur (alte Brause, kleiner Wasserstrahl, wackelige Toilette). Der Hotelservice rund um den Event (700 Personen) war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Ich habe selten so schlecht gegessen, wenn man das als Essen bezeichnen kann. Der Service war zwar nett und hilfsbereit, doch das war es denn auch schon. Das Frühstück Buffet hat extra gekostet (ca. 35 USD inkl. Taxen und Tipp). Die Auswahl war sehr bescheiden, ein Toaster mit schwacher Leistung hat zu einer grossen Warteschlange geführt. Hat man die dunkle Brühe, mit der Bezeichnung Kaffee, durch einen Cappuccino ersetzt, hat es nochmals extra gekostet. Ich kann nicht verstehen, weshalb Microsoft ihre Mitarbeiter und Kunden in diesem Hotel logieren lässt. Für mich, wie übrigens für viele andere auch, eine GROSSE Enttäuschung, welche die Eventstimmung getrübt hat.

Ich habe zwei Zimmer online reserviert, eine mit Mobilitätszugang für meine Schwester und die andere für Hubby und mich und ich beantragte die angrenzenden Zimmer, damit wir meine Schwester oder Chat mit ihr helfen können. Es ist ein bisschen schwierig, in die Straße zu kommen, wo das Hotel liegt, da es auf einer kleinen Straße ist mit nur einem Zeichen, das sagt AC Lounge, wie es die erste und zweite Nacht unseres Aufenthalts passiert und wir haben noch 3 Tage zu gehen. Es gibt Parkplätze für $39 und eine Notwendigkeit für uns, da meine Schwester Mobilitätsfragen hat und eine Kanone benötigt, um sich umzudrehen. Ich hatte auf der Mobile-App über die Bereitstellung von nebenzimmern am Tag vor unserer Ankunft gesprochen und sie konnten ein mobiles Zimmer an unserem Zimmer angrenzen. Meine Schwester hatte ein Königsbett in ihrem Zimmer und unsere hatten eine Königin und sie waren nur wenige Schritte vom Aufzug entfernt. Die Zimmer haben nur 2 kleine Drahtseile und eine kleine Fläche für die Aufhängung von Kleidung, einen Safe, einen Kühlschrank mit zwei Wasserflaschen, einen Wärmeschießer für das warme Wasser. Das Zimmer ist nur für uns beide richtig und das Badezimmer hat einen großen Regenschlauchkopf sowie einen handgemachten Duschkopf und ich liebe den Zitrusfuß des Duschegels, Shampoo und Klimaanlage. Es riecht so sauber und frisch. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich mit minimalen Frills. Dieses Haustier-freundliche Hotel ist und es gibt Behandlungsbeutel für Haustiere! Olga war sehr hilfreich, als wir angemeldet wurden, und das einzige, was wir hatten, ist, dass wir schwer verstanden haben, was sie uns als Englisch sagte, dass wir glauben, dass ihre zweite Sprache ist. Am ersten Morgen war ich hier, ging ich zum 24-Stunden Fitnesszentrum auf der Lobby-Ebene und es ist groß mit Wasser, Handtücher, Sanitärwäsche, komplimentarische Ohrtelefone, falls Sie keine haben, und meine Lieblings-Props wie die Stabilität, Medizin und Bosu Ball sowie freie Gewichte. Ich bin nicht viel für Maschinen, aber ich genieße, Balance und Kernübungen zu machen. Die Bosu Ball braucht mehr Luft in ihm aber und sollte regelmäßig überprüft werden. Dann hatten wir ihr Frühstücksbuffet, das war $22 pro Person, die, Saft, Kaffee, geschrotet Eier, Delhi-Fleisch, Gewürze, englische Muffin mit Sauce oder Hammer, Tee, heißes Oatmehl, Milch, Mandelmilch, Yoghurt, alle Arten von frischem Obst wie Rahm, Blueberries, Pinien, Cantaloupe, Bananen, die alle für ein gesundes Essen oder nicht gemacht! Auch gibt es eine Mikrowelle und Eismaschine (das Hydratationszentrum) auf jedem Stock für Ihren Komfort.

Ich hatte für dieses Wochenende zwei Zimmer reserviert. Ich habe vor diesem Hotel geblieben und wollte zurückkehren. Mein erstes Aufenthalt hier wurde mit einem großen Kundenservice getroffen, und es wurde nur auf diesem Aufenthalt repliziert! Das Personal war erstaunlich und so freundlich. Ich möchte speziell den GM Danielle und Kris Young für ihre Gastfreundschaft danken. Ich hatte für das Wochenende zwei Zimmer reserviert. Danielle und Kris gingen oben und darüber, um Verbindungsräume zu beherbergen. Sie waren auch sehr entschlossen, bei weiteren Anfragen zu helfen. Als Hilton Honors Gold-Belohnungsmitglied, sie machen Sie sich wie eine Königsherrschaft fühlen! Der Balkon am Pool ist ein toller Ort, aushängen! This hotel has a convenient location in downtown Bellevue, within walking distance of several restaurants, etc. Like most downtown Bellevue hotels, there is a parking charge; parking is in a secure garage (it's only self-parking, however, compared to many properties in the same area that offer valet service). This hotel is also very expensive; room rates are routinely $400/night. For that price, the hotel offered a disappointing experience, especially in comparison with other similarly priced hotels in the immediate area that offer, for about the same amount, superior services. My biggest gripe: lack of daily housekeeping. The policy is that the room is cleaned on the *third* day, and then *every other* day after that. I'm sorry, but when I'm paying $400 a night for a room, the hotel can afford to clean it, every day. Unlike some other properties that have also (lamely) moved to non-daily housekeeping, this hotel didn't even offer to let you request it. Many other hotels (Westin, Hyatt, etc.) within walking distance of this hotel, with similar room rates, offer daily housekeeping (without having to request it). That this hotel doesn't is just a testament to management's cheapness. The room itself was renovated, but small, with poor storage. The closet was so narrow that I could not hang two suits and two shirts in it. Accessing a storage drawer was an exercise in wheeling around modular furniture. Again, other hotels in the same area have much larger rooms with superior storage. On the plus side, staff at the front desk were helpful. Far better options in Bellevue, particularly for the money. Send your business to a hotel where management actually cares about the services it's offering to guests.

My wife and I were down in the area for the Weekend, we often stay on in the Redmond/Bellevue area as nice hotels are a bargain on weekends as they cater to the business crowd . This Marriot seemed quite new, is right in Downtown Bellevue and has one of the larger club lounges we've seen (we're Platinum Elite so get access but you can pay extra to access as well). Although clean and modern, our room was very small and uninspiring. These wasn't anything wrong with it, but it didn't wow us either. I was surprised by how small the bathroom was as well and am not a fan of glass barn doors but the double headed shower was great. We'd asked for an upgrade to a high floor ”mountain view” room which we were given, not much of a view though but we did look out over some trees. It doesn't look this property has suites so upgrades aren't much of a thing here. One of the reasons I choose this property is that they don't close their club lounge on weekends like so many Marriots do. Unfortunately they don't serve any hot food in the evening but they always had a good selection of bottled water and soft drinks, Tim's potato chips (yummy!), some fruit and a Nifty little treats bar where you could help yourself to nuts, M&M's and Jelly Bellies! Breakfast in the lounge was a mixed bag. They had some nice Greek yogurt and a decent selection of breads and a great variety of fresh fruit. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and even some roasted potatoes. I was surprised there wasn't a latte machine and didn't appreciate having to drink my so so drip coffee from a paper cup (the food was served with China and stainless steel cutlery). My wife was surprised they only had skim milk or creamer packets and even then they ran out of milk! This particular part of Bellevue is mostly office buildings so there's not much in the way if restaurants or activities close by but it's not far from other areas and the beautiful lake is only a five minute drive away. Speaking of driving, save the ridiculous valet parking fees and park on the street. It's free during the night and all day on Sunday.

Ich habe in diesem Hotel geblieben, wann immer ich in Bellevue bin, WA für mehr als dreißig Jahre. Meine frühesten Erinnerungen an dieses Gebäude waren als ein Rot-Lion-Hotel. Dann wurde es ein Doppelbaum und schließlich, auf seinem Todesbett, es ist ein Hilton. Wie der Mächtige ist gefallen... Nicht widerstehend dem Grundstück, in das ich eingehen werde, werde ich sagen, dass das Personal im Allgemeinen freundlich und hilfreich ist. Und noch schlimmer ist das Parkplatz, um das wenige zu sagen, schlau. Die Tür schließt. Es gibt einen gemütlichen Wohnzimmerraum und eine volle Küche. 3 TVs in der Einheit. Dies war ein tolles Aufbauwerk, da unsere Gruppe zusammenbleiben und Gebühren wie wir ”zu Hause”. Gebraucht den Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Schmuck, und Werkzeuge. Küchenhandtücher, Papierhandtücher und Geschirrspüler kam in handvoll. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, aber wenn die AC ist an, ist es ein wenig laut. Wenn Sie ein leichter Schlafanzug sind, packen Sie einen Lärm-Annullierungskopf nur im Falle. Das Frühstück war ziemlich interessant. Schwer indischer Einfluss, vielleicht ist die Kunden hier einzigartig. Wir ließen uns mit der üblichen Banana, Yoghurt, Omelett, Hasenbraun, Kaffee usw. GGuest UserIch habe 3 aufeinanderfolgende Wochen in Seattle/Bellevue verblieben. Es gibt viele Hotels, die weder Parkplatz noch Frühstück enthalten. Einige Hotels kosten sogar $39 für Valet Parkservice. Eine Brücke nach dem finden Sie dieses versteckte Hotel, das einen angemessenen Preis, kostenlose Parkplätze und Frühstück bietet. Kundenservice ist großartig. Es gibt viele Supermärkte in den Bereichen, die das hungerliche Problem lösen. Hoch empfehlen für Menschen, die bequeme und problemlose Erfahrung lieben.

GGuest UserDas Zimmer selbst war gut, aber das kostenlose WLAN würde nicht für meinen Laptop, nur unsere Telefone arbeiten. Wir sprachen zweimal mit der technischen Unterstützung und sie liefen mich durch die Standard-Litany der Dinge, aber nichts funktionierte. Das ist derselbe Laptop, der buchstäblich in die Lobby gehen könnte, einen anderen Zugangspunkt finden und gut verbinden, aber das eigentliche Hotel WiFi war warmer Gepäck. Da ich drei Nächte lang war, war es definitiv ungünstig und etwas, das mich dazu veranlassen wird, für meine nächste Reise woanders zu bleiben.

GGuest UserIch muss feststellen, dass ich in so vielen Hotels geblieben bin, die von der Ostküste auf die Westküste umgesiedelt wurden, und ich bin sehr überrascht über bestimmte Hotelketten. Dieses Hotel war ein Freude!! Ich habe seit Jahren im Kundendienst gearbeitet, und ich wurde immer gesagt, dass Sie wissen können, wer der Manager nur durch ihre Führungsqualifikationen ist; ich wusste sofort, dass Raj der General Manager ist. Seine Professionalität, Genauigkeit und Kundenservice-Kenntnisse waren unverschämt; bislang habe ich am besten gesehen und habe ich in 25 verschiedenen Hotels während dieser Reise verblieben. Das Hotel selbst ist auch wunderbar, was auch auf Management reflektiert. Jeder Vorderbüromitarbeiter war ausgezeichnet, und ich schätze einen Humor, und erhielt einige von einer jungen Dame. Die Zimmer sind unschädlich und sehr geräumig; es gibt viele Orte, um all Ihre Bedürfnisse in Bezug auf Toiletten, Wein und viele andere Dinge zu erfüllen. Sie können das Front Desk so viele Fragen stellen und nicht nur werden sie Ihnen die Antworten geben, sondern sie werden sicherstellen, dass Sie verstehen, wo Sie gehen. Das ganze Team wurde perfekt geklebt, etwas, das ich bemerkt habe, fehlt in anderen Hotels. Ich denke, es ist auch in der perfekten Lage, weil Ihr Recht außerhalb von Seattle, aber nicht in der Mitte des gesamten Chaos, so dass Sie eine Menge Frieden haben, aber in etwa 15 Minuten nach der Stadt, Das ist mein Lieblingshotel, das wir seit dem Schlag um die Seattle-Zone geblieben haben. Ich applaudiere Raj, und alle Managements sowie die Front-Desk-Agenten, Sie sind wirklich alle wunderbar, und ich fühlte mich zu Hause, aber besser bc das Hotel ist nur wunderbar in allen Hinsichten. Oh and the breakfast is free and delish! Special mention and thanks to Fabiana who assisted us every morning at breakfast, very professional, friendly and helpful, she always has a smile on her face. Honestly for that description it isn’t too bad - the room was clean, the old-style keycard doors indicated it had been quite a while since an update…but the mattress was fine. Common areas seemed decent, though gym actually was quite sad - very small, machines oddly wedged together, TV blasting at 5 am So a high three stars maybe four for the facility - I didn’t pay very much either. But the reason I’m giving a much lower score…5 am and I’m going to the gym. Walking through the main lobby on the way there were two me talking extremely loudly in a language I don’t speak…and seemingly on the phone too telling someone else about the condition of pieces. It later turned out that this was the front desk clerk and someone else seemingly in their employ. That other person shortly after I went to the gym proceeded to follow me in, walking in and out and seemingly inspecting different pieces. He was completely oblivious to anyone else…after probably walking in and out ten times and continuing to talk on speaker at a non-indoor speaking point volume, I asked if he could stop or be quieter while I was using the gym….and he proceeded to to say “No, I need to do this now”. Honestly this wasn’t the end of the world…it’s less about the case itself…but is this the attitude towards guests? Like do I need to apologize for wanting a reasonable environment in the gym? At that time the morning? Couldn’t you consider others at all? So my experience otherwise had been fine -but this is not an establishment I’d want to do business with again.

Das kontinentale Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und typisch für dieses Hotelniveau. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wir genossen die Nutzung der Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Es gibt viele Lebensmittelwahlen und Einkaufen in der Nähe. Kein Restaurant oder Bar auf der Website, aber sie hatten einen kleinen Geschäft. Wir “zu gehen” und alle trafen zurück in der gemeinsamen Umgebung zu essen. Die Kinder genossen den Pool, aber es schloss sogar am Wochenende um 8 Uhr. Die Betten waren etwas weich. Es ist auf einem geteilten Ebene Hügel, so dass wir außerhalb unseres zweiten Ebene Zimmer parken konnten. Das Personal war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

GGastnutzerDie Lage neben einer kleinen Kirche ist ruhiger. Einige alte, aber die Hygiene ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen Leitungsschrank, der Halle ist mit heißem Wasserkoffee für den ganzen Tag bereit. Das Zimmer hat eine Küche und eine vollständige Ausstattung. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt. Das Frühstück ist einfach und normal. Fahren Sie selbst und die Anforderungen sind nicht hoch.

GGuest UserIch habe dieses Hotel für meine Familie und eine andere Familie reserviert, um Tourismus Seattle Dinge zu genießen (Pike’s und Space Needle). Start positiv. Lobby war nett und Checkin war großartig. Wir gingen in die Zimmer und die anderen Bewertungen waren richtig. Es ist sehr rundown, wie super rundown - wirklich eine Renovierung braucht. Das Badezimmer war gleich, schmutzig und der Lichtschalter funktionierte, aber das Panel war zerbrochen. Es muss eine Zeit gebrochen worden sein und niemand hat sich bemüht, zu ersetzen. Auch, das Zimmer riecht ziemlich schlecht. Nicht einmal sicher, wo es kam. Es war ein muschiges altes Geruch. Das war sehr wie ein altes Hotel aus wie der 80s. Es war ein snafu wert, so dass die Verwaltung sich bewusst ist. Wir haben eine Nacht bei der Eincheckung hinzugefügt, aber irgendwie wurde es nicht eingegeben? Weil wir zurück ins Zimmer kamen und die Schlüsselkarten funktionierten nicht. Die Dads gingen zum Front Desk zu prüfen, und sicher genug war es der Hotelfehler. Und sie erwähnten die Abendessen Front Desk Person war nicht sehr freundlich. Jedenfalls, endgültige Gedanken, eine Anfrage von meinen Kindern: nie wieder in diesem Hotel zu bleiben.

I’ve stayed at Extended America’s before and I know they are nothing fancy, but this place was terrible. We arrived at 11:45pm and the front office was closed. No where on our reservation did it say we couldn’t check in late. It took almost an hour to get checked in. When someone finally showed up, he was sweating profusely and shaking. Which looked very odd. Then we get to our room and it stunk like dirty clothes and stinky feet. It was so strong, I was getting a stomachache. My husband went to the front office to let the gentleman know we were going to leave, and he had a man outside waiting to talk to him that appeared very upset. Right before we left, a police officer arrived. Everything about this place, gave me bad vibes. I will never book a room here again.
