This hotel, for a brand new hotel, was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The first weekend that we stayed, we requested no clean, but fresh towels and garbage removed from the room as we had small children and diapers. We are concessions to perhaps justify this due to new staff or a potential mishap. However, the following weekend when we returned due to a funeral, we requested the rooms be cleaned as the previous weekend may have been an unclear request. This weekend, again, even after reminding the staff, twice, we still never had the room cleaned and/ or fresh towels. We even had to empty the garbage ourselves and place our towels in the hallway. For a new hotel, looking to make its mark, this was not achieved.

Great to finally have a nice hotel in Russells Point! Nice clean room, comfy bed. The TV situation is horrible...two TVs, two different remotes, neither works. Almost impossible to find what you're looking to watch. One STRONG recommendation: put non-slip mats or tape in the showers. With the hard water in Russells Point the shower is incredibly slippery...you' re definitely going to have guests falling and injuring themselves which is about the last thing you want.

The room was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast left a little to be desired. 3 fruit baskets in total one had 2 rotten apples in it and the others were empty. the egg tray was empty. The little convenience store had a used pizza tray on the portable oven when we checked in and was still there on check out. I would stay here again just needs some attention in these areas.

Great place to stay very clean. Very accommodating to our 2 dogs. Pool was beautiful. I asked for old stained clean towels to clean my dogs paws because of all the rain and mud they happily gave me some. Great stay. Will stay again in the future.

This new hotel is very nice and it's great to have a place to stay right by the lake! the room was very spacious and the only thing we would have added would be a side table for the seating area. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly! We would stay here again.

Indian Lake Hotel was amazing, so clean and modern. Staff was very helpful. We (mother and daughter) just stayed one night for family event We appreciate feeling very safe. The breakfast was kind of old at 9:30 am. It just needed a little re-fresh.

Beautiful new hotel! Very nice heated pool that the kids loved. Breakfast area, laundry room and a bar coming soon. Rooms with a lake view, too! Friendly staff. Will stay at this hotel again next time we are going to Indian Lake. Can’t think of anything else to make it 200 letters! Lol

The whole place is spotless! Beds are very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly! Had no problems whatsoever! We were there for three nights, it felt like home!! We'll be staying there again in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!

Was a very nice hotel ! Enjoyed my stay ! Staff was friendly , hotel was nice & comfy ! The gym was nice to have as I was traveling by myself for work ! Would have loved a hot tub but pool was also very nice ! You are close to a little coffee shop that is also very good ! Close to anything you may need !
