Greta Location. Right next to a street with cafes etc and als next to Knez. Friendly service and clean rooms (also non smoking).

Хороший отель. Есть парковка бесплатная. Чисто. Стильно в лобби.

在國內最多算個三星級酒店。酒店非常的老舊，但是對於歐洲人來説，應該算很不錯的酒店了，對於中國人來説，三星級都有點勉強。我最不滿意的是他們的服務，房卡每天都要重新去刷！！走到房間門口打不開房門要重新返回前台刷卡，同樣的問題發生了四次，可見他們的管理是多麼的落後，簡直配不上1000塊錢人民幣一晚上。早餐沒有吃不知道，但是感覺這個餐廳也很一般。地理位置不在鬧市區，是在新城。周邊環境算可以就在原南斯拉夫大使館的隔壁。去老城區打車衹需要10分鐘，走路一個小時不用。

離機場近，但是距離市中心有點兒遠，周圍也沒什麼好吃的。 房間但是挺寬敞乾淨的！

6星級的早餐，不能錯過！

Great place with great service! Everyone was super kind and nice, place was nice and clean, amazing breakfast options and great bar! Waiters Zarko weas super kind and welcoming, cocktails he made reminded me of some of the top bars. For sure planning another trip and picking the same place, those people make you feel like home! Thank you!

We have just stayed here for a few days for work. All the team were on point.Zarko in the bar was brilliant as were his team,they didn’t miss a beat!Thank you. Mario on reception again was on point and just really charismatic and happy to help. Previously when we stayed here the experience was good but a few minor adjustments were needed to make it the hotel of choice for me personally. Well they made them! I would recommend ,a good location,immaculate, rooms,they are a good size and have a safe,kettle,selection of tea / coffee, shampoos, body wash,complementary slippers and a toiletries “kit”. They also have a menu of different pillows which you can choose from if you wish. They have a lovely outdoor seating area too. Breakfast has a wide selection,I would recommend going earlier or later as at “peak time” around 8am,there is plenty of food but it is very busy. If you are considering booking I’d definitely recommend and if you have the time have a massage too! I’d recommend booking in advance so you don’t miss out.

It is a great hotel within walking distance from city center. Nice reception area. Nice breakfast area with good breakfast. Also a nice place to sit outside and eat. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was great. The nice thing is also that the staff in the reception can speak english.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I spent 4days here in Aug and hotel location was perfect for my work office (albeit a few mins from town center by cab) Staff throughout were very friendly and all areas of hotel well maintained. The room was very nice and excellent shower, did have multiple English news channels. Breakfast was up there with the best which was a present surprise. Hotel restaurant and bar food is good but standard business hotel bar. The gym is adequate and nice view from top floor. The garden area was nice in evenings especially when temp was over 30.

It is a very nice hotel, with spacious clean rooms, very well furnished, with super comfy beds. Stuff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast is tasty and there are many food options to choose from. The location of hotel is also great, it offers great connectivity to the other parts of the city. All recomendations!

The staff are lovely, I’ve been here a few times now travelling for business & the staff remember you and are always very welcoming and friendly. Restaurant food is ok, the bar food is beautiful - nothing too fancy but it’s good food! Breakfast is also great, there is so much choice it doesn’t get boring, like some hotel breakfasts can. Rooms are clean, tidy and well stocked. You get complimentary water (although this hasn’t been replenished daily) there is plenty to choose from in the mini bar. Room service is prompt, food is always hot. Would recommend for a business trip 100%! Thank you!

Hotel is nice and clean.The location is a 30-40 minute stroll into the centre of Belgrade,literally one straight road. The rooms are immaculate and have all amenities including a hairdryer you may need. You receive 2 complementary bottles of water on arrival,it would be great if these were replenished daily. The spa is great we had massages, a lady called Tatijana was fantastic. Receptionist Marko was great and really informative. Service in the bar is very slow and we’ve found it’s either a very long wait or just order it yourself. They have buttons to “call someone” but they don’t appear to work. We ate in the restaurant,food and wine great but service from the gentleman honestly felt like we were troubling him being there. He poured water and it went everywhere and then slammed the bottle down, I’m assuming he was having a bad day but it wasn’t busy so made us feel so unwelcome, fortunately we are pretty hard to offend so it didnt ruin our evening. There is an outside area which is nice as it was so warm. It’s good for a business trip,has everything you need but if you are looking for great service specifically the bar area ,it’s not the right hotel. Where you can, I’d go to the Hyatt Regency just down the road nearer to the centre and the service is soo much better,it’s leaps ahead.
