Design Hotel Mr President

為了一大早乘坐大巴訂的酒店，好處就是距離汽車站非常近，隔一條馬路。酒店太老了，設施陳舊，兩張床一張還可以，一張極軟，無法睡。一羣17、8歲的年輕人入住酒店，一直吵到半夜三更，跟他們説了後也沒什麼用，總體來説性價比不高

Although we made a reservation for 2 PM, our rooms weren’t handed over to us until 6 or 7 PM, with the excuse being that they were being cleaned. However, it was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The food was made from stale and leftover products, and the staff were far from polite.

Poor overall service (room repairs, slow and interrupted internet, buffet) for a 4 star hotel, but the cost is in line with 4 stars. My opinion is that the maintenance of the hotel is not according its level. Ony good design is available if you consider visit it.

What to mention about this hotel. First of all I would like to mention the 4 stars. Who gave this hotel 4 stars? If you want it to be a European country you should have the same facilities! 1) We came for 4 days from Thessaloniki we asked and booked from the travel agency in consultation with the hotel double bed double and we were put in triple single beds. And when we mentioned it to the employee to be changed ironically replied that if there is no problem to settle with it. And of course he was rude too! - [x] 2) insufficient heating the room 4 days was cold. The heating was working all day and the room was not warm! - [x] 3) the window some kind of blinds ,shutters were missing and the curtain was torn. - [x] 4) the towels did not come to be changed these 4 days we stayed as well as the sheets only toilet paper was changed! - [x] 5) the shower shower column in the rust and the bathroom screen (siphon) was clogged and the water would not leave! No body and hair soap! - [x] 6) screw holes in the bed in place of the bedside table! - [x] 7) the breakfast was bad and every day the same rather than the night of the half board and the internet slow - [x] 8) the cleaning service burst in at 8:00 in the morning while we were inside sleeping. We asked to be woken up and they just knocked to ask if we had something from the bar - [x] And yet amounts I still don't remember it was my first trip and they really gave us a hard time. What good are scary exhibits when I have nothing to eat and keep warm ! While the city is beautiful these were unprofessional and rude ! - [x] I quote the photos below to show and prove that I am not lying and that the employee to customer behaviour and general service to the tourist was awful and that the hotel is an example to avoid in Belgrade. not 4 stars not 1 star. I do not recommend it!

Very funky art works at the entrance to the hotel & lobby. The president portrait hanging above each bed was interesting. The bathroom has a glass panel which can been seen through for parties on the room side/sleeping side, OK if with your partner but would avoid if you are travelling with a friend. Breakfast very basic & not fresh, terrible coffee. Staff overall quiet rude.
