Hotel Sagres has been my worst hotel experience ever. I went to the hotel for three nights with my family, on our first day the hotel toilet was stuck, after which we had to pack all our belongings and relocate to another room. On the second day we decided to eat at the restaurant, after which we were noticed that the restaurant was not functioning eventough this was promoted at their website and not communicated with us in advance. Despite this we could order room service, but after eating the poorly served and overcooked food my entire family got food poisining symptoms. That same night our air conditioning broke down, which gave us an horrible night with a hotel room that was overheated. The next morning we informed and complained at the reception, and the only thing we got was a we are sorry for the inconvenience and got offered once again another room. During the entire stay, we had poor to no WiFi connection in our hotel rooms. What adds to this horrible experience, is the fact that 99%. Of the staff could not speak English, and was very unkind and unhelpful. Non of the staff, did anything with our complaints and refused to compensate us for all the inconvenience.
