Very good ambience and good customer service from the staffs. The hotel room was very up to the mark and really enjoyed the free services including the spas/sauna and swimming.

Lovely set up, customizable breakfast, would go back again

I was staying overnight after a knee surgery, just to get some quiet from my house. They were so kind. I asked for an extra pillow, a specific one on the bed. They went and brought 3 different shapes and sizes, because I said I needed to elevate my leg. They could have just said, use the extra blanket or brought a standard pillow. They really went out of their way, and I felt cared for, not just like a paid guest. You'll love the grocery, alcohol, and several places to eat within a 60 second walk of the lobby.

一個字差❌ 服務，説好睡眠不好要安靜房間，講中文的服務員來了一句：我們所有的房子不臨街。結果，房間外面就是主路，警車還在底下抓人。快十點了才同意換一個房間。大包小包走了兩百米才找到新房間。 停車場，第一次停車根據指示標誌饒了又繞，最後倒了一趟電梯才進房間。沒有無障礙，拎着箱子上下樓梯。 房間設施，比照片小，浴室連個櫃子都沒有，極簡主義服了 位置偏遠，開車二十分鐘才能進城 絕對不推薦，下次絕不來了 One word：Terrible❌ Terrible Service, I said I need a quiet the room, the Chinese-speaking waiter said: All our houses are not facing the street.
