設施稍微有點陳舊，但是非常乾淨。服務非常好，酒店禮賓給了很多吃的玩的的建議，也一直幫我打車。就是位置稍微有點不方便。

I Ich war dieses Jahr 140 Nächte dort, sehr gutes Management, sehr tolles freundliches Personal, danke an (GM - Amira), Massoud. Rezeption , Nadia, Nicol, Sara , garineh Concierge, Mr, Ali Große Hilfe, Restaurant , Top Service Cynthia, Mohammed, Roger, Wafi, Maher, Anwar. Joana, Nuvell . 10 punkte

Service aus den Achtzigern stehen geblieben leider nicht weiter entwickelt Service auf niedrigsten Niveau und das zu einem Preis auf höchsten Niveau.wir werden das Hotel nie mehr besuchen! Das war das letzte mal

Ich war letzte Woche 7 Tage lang in dem Hotel. Es war eine super Erfahrung. Sehr sauber , sehr gepflegt , das Personal sehr nett. Speziell erwähnen möchte ich Herrn Ali Marji, seine Hilfsbereitschaft seine Kompetenz seine Freundlichkeit ließen keinen wünsch übrig . Er beriet uns für unsere Freizeit und hat uns nie enttäuscht, ich möchte mich nochmal speziell bei Ihm bedanken und gratuliere dem Hotel für so einen Mitarbeiter. Wonderful and beautiful , comfortable, super quiet room. The room was very spacious, everything was in wonderful condition, the room was very quiet and well insulated, I didn’t hear any noise from anywhere at all, not even outside, the glass is very thick and insulated. Also, just a spectacular stay, I had dinner at the Italian restaurant at the Hilton metropolitan, and that was fabulous. Fabulous meal, very wonderful experience and excellent excellent staff that caters to every need of the guest. I have to mention Mr Ihab Iskander, he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and walked with me to the restaurant at the other Hilton hotel( metropolitan), when I wanted to go to the restaurant at night I wasn’t sure how to get to the other side , and having to get through different rooms and how to get exactly to the restaurant, and he walked me over, he took time out to walk me to the front door , he explained about the restaurant as we were going there, so I really appreciate the service from him and the entire staff who go above and beyond, more than any hotel I’ve seen, to guarantee the comfort of guests, the hotel is beautiful, and in a wonderful location, you could walk to city Center mall from there, just a very good experience, and I definitely will return, highly recommend!

Very sad how this hotel is going downwards year after year. You can realy feel the economical crisis when starting at the Hilton. This hotel used to be top of the list and now barely acceptable. Hotel almost empty with staff that are not super friendly. Hilton you need to wake up and go see how this hotel is managed or not managed before it becomes a complete waste

The room was so comfortable as usual in each room there is a big balcony that you can enjoy Beirut view from , Clean You almost find everything you need to feel comfortable The break fast and the food was amazing The staff was nice , specially the room service i highly recommend it
