Jianguo Bocui Hotel (Beijing Universal resort)

Das Hotel ist alt und die Reinigung ist sehr schlecht, es sind Haare auf den Handtüchern, der Boden ist sehr schmutzig und wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt und ist an einigen Stellen klebrig. Es waren auch einige seltsame lockige Haare auf dem Bett! ! Das Leder des Nachttischs war abgenutzt und roch muffig. Am ekelhaftesten war es, als mein Lippenstift versehentlich unter das Bett rollte und ich ihn mit den Händen erreichen musste! ! Ich habe einen gefunden! ! ! Gebraucht! ! ! Verhütung t! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Ich bin so angewidert, dass ich mir am liebsten die Hand abhacken würde ...

We highly recommended this Hotel if you plan to visit Universal Beijing Resort. We stayed in the Family room with a Bathtub. Although we are in the lowest level, the double bedrooms are quite isolated from road noise. This Hotel has a grand entrance. The reception is easily located. The crouches are comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Y朵朵 greeted us with warm and welcoming smile and helped our check-in. Everything went very smoothly. She also provided us her Wechat account so that we can ask her any questions about the Hotel. I highly recommend the family room. The view was good and the rooms are hugh. There was a camping tent for hide and seek. Everything was meticulously cleaned. Free water bottles and and useful amneties provided. Funside slippers for children - very thoughtful consideration. Dyson hair dryer, electronic toilet with auto flush and closure or opening of the lid, smart TV - very modern Hotel room. The bed, mattress, and quilt are very comfortable; we slept so well that we refused getting out of beds. 😅 The room temperature can adjusted by the digital control and the room was definitely very cold and comfortable in summer. There is a well-equipped gym and a small children play area. The morning buffet served a variety of Asians (mainly Chinese) and Western styled food. It costs 70 Yuan and it is free for children. We liked the food very much. On the day of departure, we needed to make way to the airport early;and did not have time for Breakfast. After talking to the Hotel staff, they gave us full refund. Also there is a convenient store next to the Hotel. We bought a lot of 'delicious instant noodles' and cakes. In summary, we had a fantastic stay. We found the hotel service excellent. Everyone is friendly and greet you with a big smile. It takes 3 min walk to Beijing Metro and 5 min to get to Beijing Universial resort. The cost of staying is far cheaper than staying in Hotels in Universal Resort. If we are going to visit Beijing Universal Resort in the future, we will definitely stay in Jianguo Hotel again. Highly recommended and value for money 👍.

Super duper like this hotel! Love it! It's huge and very comfortable. Further more very friendly and helpful staffs! Definitely worth it!
