CAREFUL: age limit of 50 years not clearly shown!
I would not recommend this accommodation for foreign tourists. I think it is mostly used by students and such as long term accommodation.
I booked the little single person cubicle, which would have been comfortable if it wasn't for the fact that every time someone in the corridor leaves their cubicle, the doors slam and your bed shakes like crazy. Of course this happens late in the night and early in the morning too. The mattress is incredibly thin; I asked for a second one and was told ok by morning staff, then denied by evening staff (I'm not complaining about the staff, they really tried to help, but what sort of place does not have spare mattresses, especially when they are so thin they take no space). WiFi can only be accessed through WeChat (despite their WiFi website having an Access Code option, but this couldn't be provided). Plugs are the vertical slit type only (when all other hotels I've been to in China could take European two pin plugs) and the toilets, well, 4 for something that looked like 30 rooms. The location is a good 15 minutes or more from the nearest metro.
I left after two sleepless nights (I would have left after one if they hadn't told me I could get a second mattress).
In terms of positives, the staff were trying to be very helpful. The place also had a free laundry and drier (though the drier didn't dry, I think the water tank isn't connected as it should be). I was refunded the nights that I didn't stay.
