酒店在村子裏，離銀灘超近。春節期間飯店、葯店、便利店一應俱全，消費也適中（除了海鮮）。出行方便，離僑港、電建海鮮市場比較近，離紫霞灣、金灘、老街稍微遠一些（30分鐘左右）。
最重要的是老闆年輕帥氣，隨和好溝通。

店主姐姐人很好，也很熱情，姐姐給我們最大的那個房間，不過沒有電梯，拿着行李有點累。（第一天我們那層有幾個人巨吵，把我們吵醒）
房間很乾凈，真的很不錯！
離海邊挺近的，由於沒找到姐姐説的小路，所以去銀灘還是繞了好遠…
ps：去銀灘路過一個警務室，警察蜀黍讓我們穿過去直接進去銀灘了～
在北海遊玩很開心！下次夏天過來接着玩！還要訂這個店～

離銀灘比較近 走路十來分鐘就到 房東姐姐也很熱情 房間也很大 設施齊全 很好的一次入住體驗 也可以免費寄存行李 離僑港風情街也很近

環境：離銀灘很近很近，這間房算半個海景房
服務：老闆性格很好，有電動車租一天20塊，也很便宜，趕海工具也有，民宿的價格酒店的服務
設施：新房子新裝修的，挺好

樓層5樓，全是步梯，和前面樓相差幾米，整棟樓日照幾乎沒有，門口停車環境極差，就像建築工地一樣，房間異味非常大，潮濕，一次性拖鞋，礦泉水都沒有，洗髮露沐浴露和水一樣沒泡沫都，USB充電口也沒有，隔音極差，吧枱沒有人值班，溝通就是給老闆打電話，吧枱上面貼的小紙條，如果開空調收取10元，退房時也沒見老闆！這哪裡是酒店，這怎麼上的攜程，哪來的這麼多好評，2025.2.2當時房價小400塊，親身體會

真的非常垃圾 樓層高還沒電梯
老闆根本找不到人 難以理解一個酒店在衚衕深處 門口停滿了車根本沒法走
房間不提供水就算了 也沒有一次性拖鞋
最搞笑的是 空調使用單獨付十塊錢？ 我請問這是都市118連鎖的特色嗎？
説兩點後入住 結果兩點後還沒有空房 空出來的一間還沒收拾 體驗感極差！有生來住過最垃圾的
