They refused to change the date of my reservation to later next year, and said they were going to charge me the full cost of the room. Two weeks in advance! Awful service. Do not stay here."

"Stayed here for several nights. Neighborhood is not fancy or exciting. However, once inside the gate there’s a lovely boutique hotel, recently renovated. The rooms are small but contain everything we needed, including an espresso machine, small refrigerator, as well as an electric kettle. Good amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice spread for breakfast provided. Easy on street parking across from the hotel - with purchased tickets during the day, free after 17:00. Accessible by several buses, with stops very close by. They have changing interesting art exhibits decorating the halls and staircase. All in all, an enjoyable stay. I would recommend and gladly return,"

"The place looks nothing like the photos the room was dark, barely any utensils no nespresso machine curtains were dirty and the shared area the same. Would not recommend for a mature traveller. The area is also dirty and feels abandoned."
