Ich hatte eine Reservierung für den 25.-26. Dezember. Als wir ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass wir noch einen Tag bleiben wollten. Ich fragte an der Rezeption, ob für die Nacht vom 26. auf den 27. noch Zimmer frei seien. Uns wurde nein gesagt, aber sie würden uns wissen lassen, wenn sich etwas öffnete. Ich ging online und buchte ein Zimmer für die Nacht vom 26. auf den 27. fünf Minuten, nachdem uns gesagt wurde, dass wir das nicht können.
Am nächsten Tag (26.) fragte ich die Rezeption, ob es für mich eine Möglichkeit gäbe, dasselbe Zimmer zu behalten, in dem ich war. Mir wurde nein gesagt. Ich fragte, ob ich irgendwie auschecken und sofort in das neue Zimmer einchecken kann, da ich nicht all meine Sachen durch den Schnee zum Auto tragen und dort bis zum Check-in aufbewahren wollte sagte nein. Ich habe nicht viel Aufhebens gemacht, da ich verstehe, dass dies die Haushälterinnen erschweren kann und ich sie nicht belästigen wollte.
Ich checkte am 26. ein und wir bekamen GENAU DAS GLEICHE ZIMMER, in dem wir in der Nacht zuvor waren. Wir hätten im selben Raum bleiben können und mussten nicht alle unsere Sachen zum Parkplatz tragen, nur um sie wieder hoch zu bringen. Ich drückte dem Mädchen an der Rezeption meine Besorgnis aus und sie war sehr verwirrt, warum ich an dieser Stelle dreimal angelogen wurde. Sie war sehr nett und hatte nichts mit der Situation zu tun. Dies war das erste Mal, dass ich sie sah. Das Mädchen, das mich am 25. eingecheckt hat, war da und erklärte, das Ganze sei „ein Missverständnis“. Dass sie mir sagte, dass es keine Räume gäbe, in denen es eindeutig gab, war ein „Missverständnis“? Zu erfahren, dass ich mein Zimmer nicht behalten könne und später genau das gleiche Zimmer zu bekommen, war „ein Missverständnis“? Zum Auschecken und Wiedereinchecken im selben Zimmer gezwungen zu werden, war „ein Missverständnis“? Klingt eher nach schlechter Arbeitsmoral und mangelnder Sorgfalt des Personals.
