"Marriott lifetime platinum here, so lots of Fairfield Inn stays over the years. This one is definitely a winner. Friendly staff, clean property, comfortable rooms. Closer to 5 stars than the 3.9 it gets on TripAdvisor. A couple of minor glitches: streaming doesn’t seem to work, and pretty much out of things at breakfast with about 15 minutes to go. Great guys running the breakfast, but I think they underestimated how much a group of younger adults would eat. Pass through Beckley 2-3 times per year. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The hotel is cleaner, newer, with a very friendly staff. Breakfast is 4.5 out of 5 with a good selection and with a clean and bright environment. I have two concerns: we were in a standard King room and the reservation was made for two people. When we arrived in the room there was only one bath towel and three hand towels and one washcloth kind of scattered all over the shelf. It’s my opinion the housekeeper just forgot to check the towels out. When I went to the front desk I was provided with plenty of towels. The second issue is that for a newer hotel the mattress and sheets seemed worn out. The bottom sheet, although it was a fitted sheet, had worn elastic and didn’t want to stay tightly on the mattress. I expected less worn bedding and bed. I do recommend this hotel and we will likely stay here again but I hope they update the mattress and bedding."

Com, weil ihre Website sagte, sie hatten Zimmer im Hotel, obwohl das Hotel keine Zimmer mehr zu buchen hatte. Ich habe das nie geschehen, wenn ich mit anderen Online-Reservierungsstellen buche. Und ich habe in diesem Bereich in den letzten Jahren mehrmals geblieben. Nicht gut, wenn Sie zum Hotel kommen und Ihnen gesagt werden, Sie haben kein Zimmer, weil sie wegen Online-Reservierungsstellen überbucht wurden. "
