Super super dirty n sketchy looking

good value for the money, good access, had fridge, microwave, coffee maker, clean, but floor squeaked hotel old and dated

Couldn’t find anyone to check us in after ringing door bell and inside bells, knocking, etc for 15 minutes. Cold room with a noisy blowing heater that we couldn’t leave running at night. Old uncomfortable beds with thin wrinkled sheets. Paint peeling off of the bathroom wall. Spotty internet (mostly unavailable) after being told it was high speed and should be a strong connection. All and all - a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

When I pulled up the property looks closed. I had to go find somebody to check in. They barely spoke English and it took about a half hour. I had to go back to the office after because everything was wrong. They booked me under a different person‘s name, etc. extremely rude customer service. The man was acting like it was my fault that the non-English speaker got everything wrong. I actually had to start chastising him by telling him I’m not the employee I’m the guest as he was just taking his sweet time and didn’t care at all that my reservation was all screwed up and he had called me back to the office twice claiming I didn’t pay. I had paid through the ******* app I had shown them the transaction I showed them ID I showed them everything yet they still made me come back to the office twice. I would never stay here again and I would recommend avoiding this property as it looks closed and doesn’t feel safe. The outlets in the room were all Very challenging to find something to plug into. Lots of neglected maintenance. My main concerns are that the place looks closed. and that they were extremely rude. Also, there’s random blocks and large rocks in the parking lot that a person could easily hit at night and definitely would damage their car. I don’t know why they can’t take five minutes to move the blocks and large stones so that people don’t hit them with their car. Should not be in the hospitality business.

TV didn't work, staff tried to fix, then moved us to another bitterly cold room. All of this took 1.5 hrs

The gentleman at the front desk was nice and accommodating. The TV in our room wasn't working so he offered us a new room. The cleanliness of the hotel was pretty good. Okay value for the price paid. The condition of the hotel and surrounding area was poor at best. If you are traveling I-15, it's a economical stop and there are a lot of fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Office was closed when I arrived. Waited an hour for family to arrive back from appointment. Had already pd on line!! Room was clean but in need of many repairs.
