It is a great design to entertain. Every where you look from my paintings to all the little details you will be greatly surprised. You will be so happy with your choice. In between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Feels like your own private getaway. This home is bright, fun, and whimsical. And a beautiful porch view or the lake for cocktails and food, bike path out your front door, the Petoskey Brewery is just a few staggering steps away. Fantastic Vacation
This homes setting is magical! Close to conveniences.like Walgreens, Culvers & gas station. But feels like a private oasis on the lake! Next to the bike trail...walk to Petoskey Brewery. House is squeaky clean! Very spacious and comfortable! Artwork & decor are gorgeous! Just minutes to Petoskey state park and town! Highly recommend!!!

LOVE THE LOCATION ON THE BIKE TRAIL AND THE BEAUTY OF THE SETTING
Excellent stay. Well laid out and easy to have grown children have the space they needed. we love to ride our bikes and this property is literally on the bike trail. Loved it. Beautiful location and setting was spectacular.

Gorgeous, Extremely CLEAN!
This property was amazing, First off Ricardo the property owner was great, very responsive with any questions we had. This house was extremely clean and very well stocked with lots of extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The art and decor in this house was stunning. We visited in the winter so I was not able to use the beautiful backyard. If you’re looking for a house that is extremely clean then this is the house to choose! 10 minute drive to Nubbs knob which we visited 2x a day for 4 days. We will definitely be booking again! Thanks again Ricardo!

Gorgeous and clean!
Three girlfriends who needed the perfect Hallmark vacation booked this gorgeous home and had the BEST time! From the stunning art to the peaceful lake and comfy furniture - this was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent location. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Exceptional
It is my first time to stay at Richard's place and I definitely look forward to coming back. The house is beautiful with all of his artwork and decorations.
