Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room.
Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on.
Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50.
Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff.
Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort.
Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day.
Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel habe ich anstatt eines in Key West selber gewählt, weil es einen Shuttle Service ins Zentrum anbietet und einen größeren Pool hat. Jedoch war dieser an unserem Abend ausgebucht. Wir mussten 2 Stunden warten und 3 Busse ziehen lassen. Der Shuttle zurück war ebenso voll. Wir sind extra den langen Weg zum Treffpunkt zurückgegangen, und dann vor unserer Nase ohne uns weg. Wer nur 1-2 Tage bleibt, hat also Pech. Das Zimmer war ultrasunkel aber groß. Die Flugzeuge hört man tagsüber sehr wohl und zwar unmittelbar. Es sind große Flzgzeuge und die fliegen alle 20 min.
Ansonsten okay. Von dem Frühstück darf man nicht viel erwarten, Kaffee gibt es den ganzen Tag in der Lobby

Breakfast included was alright, included hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bagels and toast with jam, PB, and cream cheese. Starbucks coffee machine and water machine available throughout the day.
Air conditioning fan is a bit loud as the air handler is in the room. No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious.
Charging a resort fee of $34.99, then charging $30 for parking is just an absolute money grab. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

GGastnutzerDecent for Key Largo. Expect no housekeeping unless you stay 5+ days. Rooms are not soundproof so you'll hear noise. Front desk team was nice even though I had to ask to move rooms. Original room was next to the office and you could hear all the desk conversations. Second room much better and less noise though you still hear doors opening and closing. Good enough for a short stay but if you need absolute quiet to sleep this place is not for you.

AAnonymer BenutzerNach dem gestrigen Aufenthalt in der Nacht ging ich um ein großes Gehfeld. Wir fühlten uns nicht schlecht, die Umgebung, die Zubehör, die Hygiene, den Service usw. sind sehr gut, leider ist die Zeit relativ kurz, es gibt keine Erfahrung mit Schwimmbadsporteinrichtungen.

RRobert GaylerDas Hotel ist ein schönes sauberes Hotel mit einem schönen Pool Das Frühstück ist mehr als akzeptabel. Das einzige Problem ist, dass dieses Hotel eine beträchtliche Anzahl von Bauarbeitern, die aufstehen und bewegen sich um 5:15 Uhr morgens. Problem mit diesem ist die Türen auf diesen Zimmern und die Ausfahrt Türen schlamm so hart Sie nicht ein wenig Schlaf ab 5:15 Uhr. Bleibt weg von den ersten Stockzimmern und die Zimmer in Richtung Südend des Hauptgebäudes.

GGuest UserWir waren für 2 Nächte hier, was nicht genug war! Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig, sauber und modern mit Blick auf den Strand von Hammock. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet im Calusa ... Wir haben im Dry Rocks zu Mittag gegessen ... leckere frische Salate, Tacos usw. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. .
Wir liebten beide Strände. . . Coconut Beach hatte viele Sonnenliegen, viel Schatten und das Meer war schön und warm. Wir haben Paddle Board, Kajakfahren und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! !
Perfekt für Paare, Familien usw...
Tolles Hotel. Kann es kaum erwarten, zurückzukehren.

GGastnutzerEin großes Hotel, sehr komfortabel. Es gibt alle Unterhaltung und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, aber das Hotel selbst ist nicht laut.
Gutes Frühstück, es gibt glückliche Stunden am Abend mit Wein, Käse und Snacks.
Wenn es nicht genug Platz gibt, um das Hotel zu verpacken, können Sie in ein paar Vierteln für 15 Dollar pro Tag parken.
Von den Nuancen - ein lautes Klimaanlage im Zimmer und ein schmutziger Pool (viele Blätter).

GGastnutzerThe stay is in little cottages, or bungalows, very cute. We loved and appreciated that our pups were allowed to stay with us! Since we had our pups with, we especially appreciated having our own cottage which made it a bit more private. This was a family trip so we had rented two cottages. Both of them were extremely clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Each bed was made up very nice and we appreciated the all white bedding. Each cottage also had a kitchenette and small bathroom. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and food truck onsite.

GGastnutzerThe reception staff were lovely, so welcoming and helpful. Little heated pool and nice sun loungers, just missing some umbrellas to make it perfect. The outside grill was great to use and clean. Room didn’t get cleaned during our two night stay though… 🤷🏼♀️
