Tolle Lage für unsere Reise. Wir wollten in Cape Coral sein. Allerdings wurde das Zimmer nicht sauber gehalten. Sah aus, als wäre der Teppich seit einem Monat nicht mehr gesaugt worden und der Badezimmerboden war ekelhaft. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier, aber man könnte meinen, das Hotel würde sich während COVID-19 viel mehr um Sauberkeit kümmern, als dass sich die Gäste unwohl fühlen.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und zuvorkommend! Herd und Spülmaschine, sodass Sie nicht auswärts essen müssen, wenn Sie nicht möchten. Es liegt günstig mitten in so vielen großen Geschäften und Geschäften! In der Nähe der Innenstadt von Ft. Myers, macht es zu einem tollen Kurzurlaub!

Our family's stay at this hotel was exactly as we hoped. The friendly and professional lobby staff member answered all our questions wonderfully. We found our room to be very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the expected essentials for the price. The delicious breakfast and the helpful staff maintaining the area made it a great start to our days. We are very happy and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thanks!

Zimmer geräumig, Shampoo, Duschgel vorhanden. Badezimmer war schon etwas älter, aber sauber. Kleiner Fitnessraum, aber für 2 Personen in Ordnung. Frühstück Continental, war ganz ok. Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel, deshalb alles in Ordnung.

Schöne große Zimmer, Kopfkissen zu hart, Aircon im Schlafzimmer zu. Frühstück typisch US Standard, Essen und Trinken alles aus Plastik Becher und Besteck. Nicht so lecker und Umwelt schädlich 😡

We had a wonderful time at the Hampton Inn Fort Myers Beach location. The service and hospitality were excellent; the facility was well appointed and the staff were attentive and helpful. A special call-out to a select few at the hotel - Jesse and Alex at the front desk for their help and cheerful service; Cammie and her team in the kitchen who served a wonderful breakfast and kept it well stocked every morning as well as Juan for his consistent help and patience when we had difficulty with our door lock. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but stayed at a sister property and would rather go back there instead of here. However, we LOVED the decor in the room the same! It was clean with no bugs and stains! While there was no office staff on site, the staff communication was excellent via text and phone. The housekeeping team was friendly and worked hard! Nevertheless, we found the other location better as it was closer to the trolley stop and beach and found the amenities were destroyed and in poor condition at this location so we were disappointed. Be careful if you ride the bikes because the chain broke off on two of 4 bikes and that happened to us at the sister property and to people staying there too so just be warned! The pool was not the refreshing cool I hoped for at the sister property but felt like warm bath water and was smaller so overall, I enjoyed the sister property better. The location was also close to the street and we heard motorcycles speeding at night so if you can't sleep with noise, you will struggle. Be warned if the bugs! Mosquitos/ noseums. They are intense so take big repellent. Our neighbors were filthy and nasty and never cleaned up, leaving garbage outside and towels everywhere but I can't blame the property for that. It would be nice if there were rules to prevent that.

When we arrived at the hotel, we told them it was our 10 year anniversary. They gave us vouchers for the breakfast buffet the entire time we were there, and a discount at the spa. They also sent up chocolate covered strawberries, wine, and a lovely note Wishing us a happy anniversary. There was so much to do at the resort that we decided not to leave the property entire weekend.

Dieser Ort war GREAT. Die Lage war fantastisch und so nahe der Ursache und sanibel. Jeder war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war wunderbar. Der Pool war unreal und die Heißroth war auch nett. Sie kommen sogar täglich, um Ihr Zimmer zu erfrieren, das ich seit Covid die Ausrede für weniger Service für das gleiche Geld nicht gesehen habe. Ich habe überall keinen Fehler gesehen. Ich würde hier wieder ohne Frage bleiben.

Liebe die Lage! Sehr bequem. Check-in war ok und ging reibungslos nach wenigen Versuche.
