GGastnutzerVery nice hotel. It’s like a small mall with a casino and hotel attached. Best part is the carpet is padded. Sounds mundane, but walking around your room in socks is a lot more comfortable. Good view on higher floors. Very polite and professional stay.

GGuest UserMeine Frau und ich verbrachten 4 Tage in Perdido Key Fl auf dem Strand für Urlaub. Dann, nach Biloxi für ein Lynyrd Skynyrd Konzert Samstag Abend. Wir reservierten ein Zimmer durch Trip.com vor Ankunft. Wir hatten eine schöne Fahrt von Perdido Key und waren sehr überrascht von der Schönheit der Strände von Biloxi. Als wir zum Hotel gezogen, freundlich überrascht von der Lage des Hampton Inn. Der Pool ist groß, viele schattengebundene Parkplätze, sehr sauber und bislang. Das Personal war groß und lassen Sie uns sogar etwas früh mit einem modernen Zimmer mit Blick auf den Strand prüfen. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Lifts waren schnell. Schlafen Sie großartig. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut und wieder, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wird sicher noch einmal dort bleiben, wenn Sie Biloxi besuchen.

GGastnutzerDie ganze Unterkunft war OK... das Bett war komfortabel, das Teppich r muss leer und Shampoo sein, das Badezimmer Fußboden muss gereinigt werden.. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Schleifen tragen, während Sie’re im Zimmer... das Frühstück war besser als andere Orte, die ich geblieben habe...das Wochenende Front Desk Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich als das Wochenende Mitarbeiter neben der jungen Dame, die dort war Montag Morgen 5/12/25 nicht so Nettes .

GGastnutzerSomewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

GGuest UserEs war unser erstes Mal bei The Golden Nugget. Wir waren enttäuscht über die Signaturrichtungenwe mussten uns selbst für das Hotel-Check-in-Zähler suchen. Obwohl es heute Abend war, gab es keine Mitarbeiter am Boden, um zu helfen, und nur ein Sicherheitsbeamter wurde bemerkt. Wir feiern unser Geburtstag und war besonders auf das Buffet-Mahl nur, um herauszufinden, dass es für eine Zeit geschlossen war, obwohl es auf Ihrer Website angekündigt wird. Eine weitere Let-down war keine Slot-Maschinen verfügbar. Unser Hotelzimmer war schön, aber die Reise war insgesamt enttäuschend!

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

MMari G GDas Zimmer ist sehr veraltet, aber Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen. Das Toilette wurde nicht richtig eingestellt und steckte, wann immer es verwendet wurde. Schließlich leckte es, als es floss. Ich habe das Frontdesk wissen lassen. Es gab einen Mann, der mit dem Vorderbüro geredet hat und ihnen gesagt hat, dass das das zweite Toilette war, das ähnliche Fragen hatte.
