Perfectly situated in the Bay Pines area just 9min from the beach, less than 1 mile from the boat ramp, and just a short walk or drive to restaurants and shops. The home is 1,750sqft and features an open floor plan, with three spacious bedrooms (sleeps 6) and two full bathrooms . The house has beautiful kitchen that features custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with water views while you cook. . Relax in the backyard under shaded seating and enjoy a variety of wildlife including dolphins, birds, crab, rays and fish. For water enthusiasts, bring your boat, kayaks and paddleboards to fish or explore the estuary.
