We visit Disney once or twice a year. Have stayed all levels Value, Mod, Delx. We travel the USA frequently and in other cities stay in 4 or 5 diamond properties (Vegas, Denver, CA resorts). For the past several years we have stayed at the Disney POFQ Moderate for 8 days. We had already booked a bounceback offer for the Yacht Club for 8 days in April 2025, so for this shorter Long-Weekend trip we tried the Yacht Club, and unfortunately when we got home, contacted our Travel Agent to cancel/switch the Yacht Club for the upcoming April trip to either Poly or POFQ. The following is why: Pros: 1. Yacht is great location for Epcot (via walking or boat) and HS (via boat). Buses not busy (only AK, DS, MK) since most guests going to other parks. With Early Entry this was GREAT and allowed us early entry where we rode Mill Falcon, Toy Story 3x in a row, etc with no more than 10 minute wait for all those rides and then also Remy with no wait since back entry before front entry guests could get there. 2. YC is a hotel not a motel, so once inside, rooms accessed via interior halls. 3. Front of House staff very nice and helpful 4. Had ”end of hall room” which meant no guest on one side so VERY quiet. However, early one morning another guest made a very loud work call right outside our door...good thing I wasn't a competitive company as I heard the entire call (smile) 5. Bath room larger than Moderate, and enough cubbies with doors to ”put away” all items and luggage for a clean room. Cons: (reasons not staying here again) 1. Had a balcony but it was unusable as it looked out at ”swampy” area with mosquitos. 2. MAIN reason we booked Deluxe was for a couch, but got a chair instead? Travel agent said ”not guaranteed” and reserved for parties of 4 or 5 (so couples don't matter? Wish she would have told us that before booking) 3. Food choices were awful for us. We don't eat beef nor chicken and eat breakfast and then one afternoon meal only. This is a place for steak eaters and those who eat late (many lounges or restaurants do not open until 5 or require reservations or mainly serve meat dishes). Even the Marketplace sandwiches were ”pre-made” so no substitutions. We literally ate a child's grill cheese in room, steak fries (not on menu but requested) and a wedge salad at a lounge, and then PB crackers we brought from home). We could have walked back to Epcot, but due to the extreme heat and humidity by the time we got back to room, just couldn't fathom that so maybe during different time of year that would be a difference. No idea what family's with kids would eat here--as even the Ice Cream Shoppe required a reservation. 4. Most staff was great, but had one negative incident with bartender in a lounge. Mid-day after park, went to lounge for cocktails and lunch (where we found fries only). Started out great and had two rounds and fries, but then another couple of parties came in. Ich musste früh am Morgen nach Hausschuhen fragen, aber als ich vor zwei Tagen danach fragte, waren sie nicht verfügbar. Nachts kann man Feuerwerk sehen, es wird aber trotzdem empfohlen, in den Park zu gehen, um es anzusehen.

Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

We booked this room for quick access to the Skyliner. We were pleasantly surprised by the room theme and all the decor around the property. The restaurant on site has tons of diet friendly options. Overall excellent experience from check in to check out. We will definitely stay again.

Der kleine Bruder der Empfang ist sehr intim, die Hotels sind sehr gut, die Gesundheit und die Umgebung sind großartig. Im Weihnachtszeitraum ist der Weihnachtsbaum im Halle wunderschön eingerichtet. Es gibt auch ein süßes Weihnachtsgeschenk, das mit rotem Gefrierfach und Feiertagsklima verbunden ist. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Bustransport nach Disneyland, und wir haben einen angenehmen Feiertag.

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich beim Wechsel unserer Unterkünfte in das Gebäude aus den 70er Jahren. Es gibt auch eine Cafeteria, die bis 23 Uhr geöffnet ist. Die einzige fehlende Annehmlichkeit ist das Fehlen einer Gepäckablage im Zimmer und denken Sie auch daran, Sonnencreme mitzubringen, da dieser Artikel in den Souvenirläden oft ausverkauft ist. Ich habe mich zweimal (am Telefon und an der Rezeption) über einen anderen Gast beschwert, der in der Wohnung über unserem Zimmer geraucht hat. Dies ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels, aber hoffentlich werden die Raucherbeschwerden untersucht, da die Resorts rauchfrei sind, mit Ausnahme ausgewiesener Bereiche im Freien.

Attended to see the Christmas Decorations. Able to view the homemade gingerbread castle (replica of Magic Kingdom Cinderella’s castle) on the 4th floor / lobby. When we attended the chef was present and having pictures with guests and talking about how he made it which was interesting. General walk round the resort, outside to the boat jetty, and back to the monorail. Busy like other resorts but great to have free roam of all the common areas.
