Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt im Grand Beach Hotel Bay Harbor. Front Desk für Hausaufbewahrung - sehr warm und willkommen - und Frühstück war großartig! Rosie und Yemie waren so sehr hilfreich - ebenso wie die anderen jungen Damen und Herren hatte ich ein großes Zimmer, große Aussichten, sehr geräumig und hell. Auch eine große Lage! Ich liebe die Tatsache, dass ich überall gehen kann und bekommen, was ich brauche. Ich war traurig, zu verlassen. Ich kann nicht warten, meinen nächsten Urlaub zu buchen! Sehr bald! I stayed at Hostel Altair in Miami Beach Surfside, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. First off, the cleanliness was non-existent. My room had dirty sheets, and there were bugs crawling around the bathroom. The shared spaces were just as filthy, with trash piling up in the common area and a bad smell throughout the hostel. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a clean set of towels, they acted like I was inconveniencing them and never followed through. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room hot and stuffy—impossible to get a decent night's sleep in Florida’s heat. To top it all off, there was loud noise all night long from a party in the hallway, and the hostel staff did absolutely nothing to stop it. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in Miami Beach, do yourself a favor and avoid Hostel Altair at all costs. Absolutely terrible!
