Es gab ein Problem mit der Buchung, so dass ich versuchte, eine Buchung über ihre Website zu machen und es sah nicht aus, als ob es durchging und ich habe nie eine Bestätigung. Ich habe angerufen und eine Buchung gemacht und informiert, dass ich dort rund 4am von 12/16 sein würde. Das Hotel hat meine Karte ($67) gezahlt und als ich angekommen bin, um mich anzusehen. Der Kellner konnte mich nicht ansehen und sagte mir, er müsse mich wieder bezahlen. Ich weigerte mich und ging zu einem anderen Hotel. Am nächsten Tag 12/16 Days Inn hat meine Karte wieder bezahlt ($67). Ich ging zum Hotel und sprach persönlich mit dem Generalmanager über die Situation und erhielt die Kosten umgekehrt. Zu meiner Überraschung und Schock. Er sah keinen Grund, mich überhaupt zu erstatten und hatte kein Problem mit dem Geld für 5 Nächte wert von Aufenthalten ($279), die nie passiert. Er sagte mir auch, das Hotel kämpfte, um seine Türen offen zu halten.. RED FLAG! .. Ich bin sicher, der Kundenservice allein hat viel damit zu tun. Das General Manager behauptete, 20 Jahre Erfahrung.. So, ich sage, er sollte sich selbst schämen, weil er jetzt besser als die Patronen auf diese Weise zu behandeln.

Diese Super 8 lebte auf meine Erwartungen sogar besser, als ich dachte. Der Ort war sehr sauber, die Betten waren ein Traum zu schlafen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.
