"We spend 4 days at Lavie hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Allthough the road is quite busy, after 10pm the traffic slows down heavily and the traffic noise disappears. We went several times to the early morning walking ceremony around Bouddhanath Stupa which is only a 10min walk from the hotel. The staff is great and we would like to thank Ms. Dawa in particular for her great support. She helped us to buy tickets for a local music festival and supported my wife when she didn’t feel comfortable. Thanks, Dawa!"

"Ausstattung: Ein neues Hotel aus dem Jahr 2025. Die Einrichtungen sind relativ neu, aber nicht stinkend. Das Restaurant befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk, genauer gesagt im sechsten, aber es ist sonnig und bietet einen Blick auf Kathmandu, was es zu einem sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt macht. 😌 Das Essen im Restaurant ist köstlich! 😋! Die Preise sind angemessen! Umgebung: Vor dem Hotel gibt es Straßenbauarbeiten, die aber fast abgeschlossen sind. Die Lage ist jedoch gut. Es ist nicht weit von der Bodnath-Stupa entfernt, etwa 10–20 Gehminuten. Der Flughafen ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, was es sehr praktisch macht. Sauberkeit: Sauber und ordentlich, solarbetrieben und mit praktischen Duschen. Service: Exzellenter Service! Hervorragende Einstellung! Vom Besitzer bis zum Personal sind alle so nett! Mein Freund hatte seine Kreditkarte bei seiner Abreise an der Rezeption vergessen, und der Besitzer hat ihn zurückgefahren! Er hat mir auch geholfen, ein Auto zum Flughafen zu buchen. Insgesamt war alles ausgezeichnet."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nahe der Grand Forta, Verkehr, Ernährung und Tourismus sind sehr bequem. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist nicht rückläufig. Diese Gebühr ist relativ hoch. Das Hotel ist am besten mit Restaurant/Bar ausgestattet und Essig. höchste Standard. Wir leben fast eine Woche sehr komfortabel."

"Dies ist sicher ein toller Ort, wo Sie Wochen lang bleiben müssen, wenn Sie eine saubere und ruhige Ruhe brauchen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herr Sudeep hat mich mit ihnen zu einem erinnerebaren Aufenthalt gemacht. Er arrangierte einen Pickup zum Flughafen , er arrangierte meine Buchungen, da ich zu Hause laufen muss und er versichert, dass ich ganz gut bin . Dies ist auch eine tolle Lage , ein paar Minuten zu Fuß sind Sie am Stupa und alle kleinen Speisen . Aus der Stupa können Sie nur zu einem Supermarkt gehen, um Ihre Essenzen zu bekommen. Jedoch, Sie können tatsächlich alle Nahrung oder Obst, die Sie neben dem Stupa wollen, bekommen. Ich werde sicherlich zurückkommen , um mit ihnen zu bleiben , entweder allein , mit Familie oder Freunden . Vielen Dank an das ganze Team !!!! 😊😊"

"Fünf Tage vor dem Einchecken in Kathmandu sah ich die schmutzigen und unordentlichen Straßen. Ich war besorgt, dass die Hoteleinrichtungen nicht gut waren. Ich habe nicht eingecheckt, aber die Stornierungsfrist ist abgelaufen. Die Widerrufsfrist ist etwas zu kurz. Kann nicht ohne Bewertung einreichen, also Durchschnitt"

"Das Servicepersonal des Hotels war sehr höflich. Sobald sie das Hotel betraten, boten die Angestellten Hada an und hatten sofort das Gefühl, dass diese seltsame Stadt sehr nett war. Es war sehr sauber und hygienisch. Das Frühstück kann als Favorit bestellt werden, und dann ist es sehr delikat."
