Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Staying here is somewhat a very rare experience. It is nearby the SM Batangas. With regards to their services, it is normal that sometimes due to scarcity of employee( only one employee is on the front desk ) , their services is not what you think to be that fast. One thing more there must be bucket and cup always available at the shower room/ comfort room to be used. There must be a water dispenser on every floors. Matbe thats all.

I was amazed when I first laid eyes on it. PonteFino Hotel is absolutely incredible! My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Es gibt viele Resorts in Mabini, aber leider haben viele sehr strenge Treppen zu behandeln. Einige haben ihre Restaurants oder den Pool in einer ungünstigen Lage, wo wir harte Zeit zu Fuß und nach oben für das Essen haben. Dieses kleine Resort ist perfekt so konzipiert, dass wir nur wenige Schritte einmal zu laufen brauchen, um zu checken in/out. Schönes Pool, Garten mit Meerblick, sehr volles Frühstück. Essen sind schmackvoll. Unsere Kinder mögen es. Alle ruhigen Komfort für einen guten Aufenthalt in Anilao!

Mein Hund und ich feierten während unseres Aufenthalts tatsächlich unseren Geburtstag. Wir kamen gegen 20:30 Uhr an, da wir noch einige Besorgungen erledigen mussten, bevor wir zum Resort gingen. Was das Zimmer betrifft, WOW! Ich bin so froh, dass es nur im 1. Stock liegt und einen atemberaubenden Meerblick bietet, da ich eine ältere Mutter bei mir habe. Der Standort ist zwar etwas weit weg, aber verständlich, da es sich um einen Tauchplatz handelt. Ich finde es wirklich toll, dass es fast ein abgelegener Ort ist. Der Strand ist nicht überfüllt und liegt neben dem 5-Sterne-Resort Vivere. Der Service ist großartig, allerdings ist die Rezeption so schwer zu erreichen. Ihre Handynummer funktioniert nicht, glaube ich? Plus das Telefon im Zimmer. Denn jedes Mal, wenn ich wähle, kommt es nicht durch. Nur ein Vorschlag: Da die Rezeption nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt ist, sollten Sie zumindest den Kommunikationsservice mit der Rezeption verbessern, indem Sie andere Plattformen wie soziale Medien oder eine Messaging-App nutzen, um auf die Anliegen der Gäste einzugehen. Die Sauberkeit ist gut, aber ich habe einige Flecken in der Bettwäsche entdeckt, insbesondere auf dem Bettbezug und dem Bettlaken. Es handelte sich um einen alten Fleck, der meiner Meinung nach durch die Wäsche nicht mehr entfernt werden kann. Aber es hat mich überhaupt nicht gestört, solange es kein Blut ist. Für die Annehmlichkeiten sehr zu empfehlen! Sie müssen nichts anderes suchen, denn es gibt es im Hotel. Ich hoffe nur, dass der Aufzug bald verfügbar sein wird (sagte uns einer der Mitarbeiter). Ein großes Lob gilt auch demjenigen, der uns bei unserer Ankunft geholfen hat. Ich konnte seinen Namen nicht herausfinden, aber vielleicht ist er von der HK-Abteilung. Ich schätze es sehr, dass er uns gerne hilft, obwohl wir mehr als 200 Stufen hinunter und auch hinauf müssen. Ich glaube, er war auch einer der Angestellten, die unsere Sachen trugen, als wir auscheckten. :) Was das Restaurant betrifft, das Essen war fantastisch und die Angestellten sind leicht zu erreichen :) Alles in allem werde ich es empfehlen und sicherlich wiederkommen, nicht nur zum Entspannen, sondern auch zum Tauchen (da ich vorhabe, das Tauchen bald voranzutreiben). Es ist sehr wunderbar, dass ich das erste Mal getroffen habe, dass das Zimmer, das ich reserviert habe, tatsächlich vier Personen schlafen kann, aber er schreibt, dass es zwei Personen geben kann, und dann kommt er, um mehr Geld für zwei Personen zu nehmen, vielleicht auf andere Weise, das Gefühl, dass der Aufenthalt vor sich nicht gut ist, Dieses strategische Erlebnis ist nicht gut. Andere Aspekte sind gut, sehen Sie den Sonnenuntergang, die Umgebung ist gut, ist nicht sehr freundlich zu Kindern.

Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority. Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so.. Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Freundliches Personal. Essen ist besonders großartig die Reisbäume! Allerdings ist einige ihrer Lebensmittel speziell die Pilz- und Hühnerpasta ein wenig preiswert für seine Service. Marami na ako natry na pasta pero ang onti and di masyadong malasa aber unser Gesamtaufenthalt war gut. Nagenjoy ako kasi pumunta lang kami Batangas para sa Lomi. Haha!!

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Mir persönlich gefällt es. Ich war für eine Nacht dort. Es gibt viele Mücken. Alles andere ist gut. Die Pfauen sind sehr schön. Ich habe mehr als ein Dutzend davon gesehen. Ich mag auch viele Blumen und Pflanzen im Park. Yoga ist auch eine gute Wahl. Denken Sie daran, Yoga-Kleidung mitzubringen. Die Mahlzeiten sind hauptsächlich vegetarisch, ich mag es sehr. Sie können auch Grillen bestellen und abends etwas Wein trinken und spielen und singen, was angenehmer ist . Auch Kinder mögen es sehr, es ist eine gute Wahl für Eltern-Kind-Urlaub oder Paarurlaub.
