The front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK. Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Oder zum Jatimpark 2 oder zum Transportmuseum. Es gibt viele Einrichtungen zum Töten im Hotel nur. Das Standardzimmer.. Ich war überrascht, dass es ein zusätzliches Bett.. cool.. aber leider das Badezimmer ziemlich schmutzig.. Das heiße Wasser ist weniger heiß, nur bis es heiß ist. Außerdem macht dieser Ort viele coole Punkte.

Paling dalam 2 meter. D lantai IV ada rooftop yang nyaman sekali. Untuk kamarnya bersih dan lengkap dengan toiletries. Kamarnya sangat luas dan ACnya sangat dingin. Kamar sudah lengkap dengan TV dan bisa lihat Netflix. Untuk sarapan menu lengkap, jika kelihatan ada yg habis, petugas cekatan untuk mengisi lagi. Thanks yaa..

Ein Abonnement in Inn Platz, aber der Versorger im 2. Stock in der Nähe des Zimmers 207 Gallon Wasser ist schmutzig.Vielleicht braucht der Versorger Wartung.Hoffentlich wird es nicht mehr schmutzig sein, wenn ich wiederbleibe.

Das Hotel ist sauber, der Service ist ok. Das Personal ist auch freundlich. Für das Essen ist es auch komplett und es gibt viele Varianten. Die Landschaft um das Hotel ist auch cool. Bei Urlaub nach Batu kommen Sie hier wieder.

Der Ort ist wirklich schön, sauber, und die Wächter sind nett und freundlich. Nur eine Seife oder Shampoo überhaupt. Wenn es am Abend kalt ist, ist es besser, eine zusätzliche Jacke zu bringen.
