Hotels mit Frühstück in Batu Buruk

I booked for two rooms with queen size beds but was given twin single beds instead. However, my special request of having adjoining rooms was fulfilled. As my baggages and other items have been sent to the rooms, I do not want to make a fuss over it. Apart from that, my stay had been good.. the one thing that keep me coming to stay in the hotel is the location… fronting the sea and near the city. Although there are lots of improvement that need to be done, I saw some serious efforts by hotel with upgrading of some of the facilities eg pool and dining area…. Hope that the hotel would continue refurbishing the room and step up their maintenance and cleanliness and take advantage of their strength over other hotels in Kuala Terengganu…

Das Hotel liegt im Hauptbereich (Batu Burok Beach, Kuala Terengganu City Centre, Kedai Payang & neueste Attraktion für Terengganu, die Aufzugsbrücke). Leider muss das Hotelmanagement wirklich ein großes Renovierungsprojekt überprüfen. Die Qualität des Services und auch das Innendesign des Zimmers müssen verbessert werden. Um dieses Hotel nach dieser Pandemie wiederherzustellen, sollte die Führung die richtigen Parteien/Personen einbeziehen, um die glorreichen Tage des Hotels zurückzubringen.

During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret? Ich liebe die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Strandes. Die Einrichtungen sind ziemlich alt, aber es ist in Ordnung für mich. Der Wasserdruck auch sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber und die Klimaanlage sehr schön. Ich hoffe, sie behalten diese Qualität für immer bei. Werde beim nächsten Besuch sicher wieder dort übernachten.

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Service vom Personal. Das Kind liebt sehr Bad zu nehmen. Am Tag, an dem wir vor der Puasa gingen, so nahmen niemand ein Bad. Ein Pool für uns. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß und wert der angebotene Preis. Vordertür gegenüber dem Pool, Rücktür gegenüber dem Strand, Parkplatz ist ein Buzz, insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist sauber und geräumig. Das Toilette ist sauber. Im Hotel gibt es einen Tee-Lebensgeschäft.

We love the room! Location wise, it wasn't so difficult to find. There's a Tealive outlet downstairs and free designated parking for hotel customers, which we are very thankful for. The hotel has elevators, so its definitely great for people with large suitcases, little kids, or elderly. Room has hot shower, bidet, clothing hangars, clean towels, and TV. It also comes with complimentary shampoo/body wash, tea/coffee making corner, and bottled mineral water. Bed was comfy, pillows just ok, blanket is thick enough, and air-conditioner is also functioning well. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy; there's deposit collected so please remember to bring cash. Worth the money, lovely stay, and also near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol. Room doesn't have an iron/ironboard but there's an ironing corner at the hallway for our level.
