The staff there are very friendly and helpful when needed. The place has 24/7 coffee and hot water. They always have change for the washer and dryer, which by the way cost way less than most hotels will charge. The free breakfast was great, especially the hash browns. They also, keep up with house keeping and restock your room. The manager was always on site during the day, was caring about his customers stay, and made the stay more pleasant. I hope in the future I can go back and stay there again.

The place is amazing. They have cameras so nobody’s doing anything wrong, and the staff is so nice. The beds are really cozy and I wish I could stay forever. I also got a hot tub in my room! The breakfast is really good, there’s waffles with cornflakes and plenty of syrup. I stayed 4 nights and never wanna leave but I got fish and cats at home. I also got a really big room! Would recommend!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Battle Creek, MI. This was the first time that we stayed there and definitely won't be the last. We stayed in an accessible room with a roll in shower (Room 101) complete with shower chair. The room had 2 double beds which was ok but we prefer to have a king size bed. We really appreciated that the room was close to the front door right past the front desk so that my husband did not have to walk far. The breakfast room was on the other side of the front desk which we appreciated. The breakfast was very good, it included scrambled eggs, link sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, waffles, yogurt, mini-muffins, apples, oranges, cereal, etc. Everything was clean and the staff was so friendly. The staff asked if they could get anything for us, if everything was to our liking, etc. As I was rolling the luggage cart out to load my vehicle, the young lady at the desk if I needed any help. I really appreciated the offer. My husband really enjoyed the fresh cookies that were available in the evenings. As we were checking out the manager and owner were both there and we were told that more renovations are being planned. I can't wait until our next trip in the fall to visit family to see what other improvements they will make.

Only 5 miles from casino next to many good chain restaurants and fast food. Very easy access from I-94. Downtown only 5 miles away. walking distance from mall.

Ich komme jetzt seit 15 Jahren nach Battle Creek und bin fast immer im Baymont (auch Downtown) abgestiegen. Das WAR mal ein brauchbares Hotel. Jetzt ist es einfach abgewirtschaftet und total versifft. Das man in einem US Hotel beim Frühstück Abstriche machen muss, ja das is eben so. Aber das hier kannst vergessen. Ebenso die ranzigen Zimmer. Der Fussboden klebt, die Bilder auf der Webseite sind gefakt oder es gibt nur ein Zimmer das so aussieht. Alles ist eben komplett abgewohnt. Es wurde in den letzten Jahren ja auch nichts, aber auch GARNICHTS investiert. Das da mal ein Feuermelder von selbst abfällt, oder man die Wand Löcher hat... Von der Verglasung der Fenster wie im Baumhaus mal abgesehen. Den Highway hörst halt die ganze Nacht durch. Ich bin schnell wieder ausgecheckt und genau 20m weiter gezogen ins Fairfield. Auch nicht perfekt aber tausend mal besser!

My husband and I stayed here one night after finishing up some business in Kalamazoo. We enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. I'm not going to complain about what they did or did not offer due to covid -- I've traveled to too many places where there is no breakfast in the morning and you make do on your own. Any offering, to me, is a plus. The only thing about this hotel that I didn't care for: the walls seemed extremely thin -- I could hear the tv in the next room doing its automatic smart device turn-on thing. When someone checked into that room, I don't think the person was being overly loud, but we could hear most of what went on all the same. Even so, it was a pleasant stay.
