Die Rezeptionistin des Hotels war unglaublich aufmerksam und erklärte, wo wir parken könnten. Das Einchecken war wieder ausgezeichnet, sehr aufmerksam und wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade angeboten. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet (total zentral für alle Annehmlichkeiten in Bath). Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und sah auch wirklich neu aus. Covid-Maßnahmen alle beobachtet. Schöne Bar mit einer ausgezeichneten Weinauswahl zu sehr vernünftigen Preisen. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel und Aufenthalt. Das Auschecken war auch schnell und einfach. Oh und die Schokoladenkekse beim Einchecken waren fabelhaft!

Location of the hotel is superb, with walking distance of 10 minutes to the city centre near Romans bath.
General atmosphere of the hotel is good. Room is comfy and nicely decorated.
However, when we first got into the room, I noticed there was a used bath towel (probably left by the previous guest) left hanging inside the bathroom which is not so good…..😊
Otherwise it is good and I highly recommend it to everyone seeking a decent good hotel near city centre.

What lovely staff! That’s what always makes a stay and this was perfect because nothing was too much trouble! 100% recommend. Cheerful and smiley and every need met! A good buffet for breakfast, comfortable room, all v convenient for Bath centre on foot. Parking easy under the hotel and a great Waitrose next door! Sorry didn’t take pics but would stay again without a doubt 😊

Service is not worth as it cost. I paid for more than eleven thousand Baht. But I have to pay 15£ for 24 hr. parking. Which i understanded that I could bring my car in and out as many times as I could since I agreed to pay for 24 hr. But it was not. Every time I brough my car out from the parking lot I had to pay for it.

Fantastic location, great hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy with a beautiful view. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had in a long time, lovely bright restaurant with really friendly staff. We will absolutely be back.

At first check-in, staff said my booking’s payment was failed, I showed my booking confirmation with clearly stated payment successful, then he printed a confirmation for me to sign but I found that’s another one’s booking… totally another name…
The 2nd print out was just showing my name without another personal information and I was told it’s okay to sign…
Once I entered my room, there’s no bath tub, I called the concierge and claimed that when I booked this room type, photo clearly showed there’s bath tub and that’s why I chose this more expensive room type, staff just told me only Superior King room type offered bath tub…
When I tried to take a shower, there’s no shower gel & face tissue in the toilet… what a big surprise that a so called 4 stars hotel could provide such service standard…
I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone going to BATH for a visit…
And what’s more, this is my Birthday trip with more than 3 hrs drive from the North, they really gave me a BIG surprise!!
